I was buying some shirts online and was having difficulty…they were running out. I was visiting the Denver area a week ago and decided to go to the Castle Rock store to see if they could help me.
Trinity and Chauncy, both dropped what they were doing and immediately started helping me with my order before Gap ran out of the shirts I liked. They were both so helpful and friendly to me and I hope management sees this review and thanks them. When I returned home to Hershey, Pa., the shirts were out of stock. Thanks Trinity and Chauncy…you rock!❤️

Found a huge amount of clothes for our granddaughter on our recent shopping trip. Got some great prices as well. Staff was very helpful!

Had an encounter with a very rude and unpleasant employee today. I saw her stocking a bunch of sweatshirts and asked her if she knew if I could find a specific sweatshirt in a different size for me. Before I could even finish my sentence she cut me off and said “no what’s out is out”. She didn’t even offer to help look for it or at least let me know I could try and find it online. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and I was bothering her. I usually don’t ask employees for help for this specific reason but I figured since she was stocking clothes she would have helped me. I guess not. We immediately left the store after that because I just felt very uncomfortable. I wish I got her name. All I can say is she was wearing a lot of makeup and had long black/brown hair. Will not be going back to that store. Horrible customer service.

Wow. Even Colorado Mills GAP Factory employees told me not to go to this location because it is such a mess. I was shocked with my terrible experience here. I was turned away for a GAP Factory return at this GAP Factory. Tell me why your employees claimed my order was not from gap factory and told me there was nothing they could do when Colorado Mills returned my items with ease? It was a pathetic failure of your employee base. Will NEVER be coming back and will tell everybody else to never visit your store. Thanks!

I went to the Castle Rock outlets to get Christmas gifts for my children yesterday and returned home to find they had not put several of my purchased items in my bag.I called today to get a refund for the three items they left out because I live an hour away and couldn't get back in time for Christmas. I spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with them as they could not figure out how to process the refund.I stated that I hope they understand I was frustrated with the current situation, and this is taking up way more of my time than it should.Shirley proceeded to be completely unapologetic the entire time, having me tell her every number on the receipt and gift card and still not being able to figure it out. And then she said to me "stop talking to us like that and giving us attitude". I could not believe it when she said that when all I said was I was frustrated. I worked in retail mgmt for many years and would have been intolerant to an employee treating a customer that way, especially after making such a big mistake. I'm pretty floored about it all.

Would not accept a return on an online Gap Factory purchase. Sent me to Cherry Creek mall who would not take it either. Will not shop Gap Factory in person or online again.
