Raised the prices of bulk jewelry from $12 to $14 per pound. Wanted to look at the bags and was told I only have 1 minute to decide if I want it or not….: There was no line behind me. Before I spend $65 dollars on a bunch of beads I would at least like to look over the bag to see if there is anything I can use!! Very rude.

The help is very friendly they all know me and what I like to buy.
Monday they got a good idea from the old savers to mark down what didn't sell at 50 percent to 2 bucks. Glad to see that I'm on limited income but I like to change clothes everyday. Hope they keep it up those that make it to that rack are my last choices but good deals

Great place to find second hand stuff for those projects. Everyone is usually very friendly but the kids in back can be a little grumpy doing their community service hours.

2 nd day at this goodwill, and I love how people with power trip come in after being their all day to allocate their own job on to other people, if I do come back there's 3 people I refuse to work with because they are lazy, and I'm tired of working jobs for myself, and other people that get paid to do the same dam thing that I do. Pay me your salary, and I will do your job too. Or don't stop me in the middle of what I'm doing to do your job.

I will probably never shop at this Goodwill again, which is unfortunate as they have a lot of good stuff inside. I asked them when they had closed the fitting rooms, and they told me they had been gone for a few months. The reason was apparently theft. The cashier pulls out this giant list of previously stolen items, I'm assuming that they were able to catch? I understand that retail theft is hard for stores... But does goodwill not get everything inside this store donated? I absolutely will not buy clothes I cannot try on, then abide by a 7-day, store-credit only return. I'll just end up with credit I can't use over and over and over.
This is the middle of Castle Rock.... surely you can figure out a fitting room system?

What happened to the kids section?? I used to be able to find some good deals here for kids clothes and there was so much available. Now the children's clothes section is just one small portion along the back wall and girls/boys are just all thrown in together. Super disorganized and hard to search through. Also, I've noticed that the prices are quite a bit higher. These are used items. I'm not paying $9 for used kids shoes I can find new for $15. Guess I'm not shopping at Goodwill anymore.

Great store with a wide variety of products. The ambiance is welcoming, and the layout invites you to browse for hours. Lost a star as the cashier seemed a bit distracted, but overall, a solid 4-star experience. Will visit again!

This GW has some good stuff, and when the pricing person isn't trying to get eBay prices it's nice to shop here. Lots of Shoes that are average marked up to $15, 20, 25, & 40 dollars. Shoe prices could be better. My biggest issue with this store is there is always only 1 person checking people out. We went in at almost 1 today and 12 people were in line. The one person checking out looked to be training. So we had to leave no one has time to wait 30 mins to check out. No matter what time of the day they always seem to be very short on cashiers. Usually just 1 person. GW should look at CS and when you see a build up pause putting items out on your overflowing stock and check some customers out. There are lots of workers in the store and you never see management checking out customers.
