The team at Grease Monkey always does a great job taking care of my Porsche Macan. They have the correct oil filter in stock and the correct synthetic oil. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. See you again next year!

I went into Grease Monkey today to get a quick service and to scout other service options as a frequent consumer of auto services. The staff seemed rude and unprofessional. The service was not performed properly. I was then asked to pay for the service anyway. My experience was awful and I’m not certain that I will be using Grease Monkey again.

The girl managing the store did a really good job and was getting berated by a mean customer. She handled herself well and I’ll come back.

I got my oil change done here about a year ago. It was way expensive, $160 dollars, my car takes full synthetic but the quote I was given today was $116. So I wouldnt be surprised if they upsold me without consent. Additionally they screwed the bolt on so tight that when my friend tried to change my oil, I had to bring it back to greasemonkey to loosen it and they could have damaged the car. They denied overtightening it, no apology, just basically told us we were crazy and they did nothing wrong.. crazyyy wont go back reguardless since their quote is higher than any other nice shop around.

If I could give zero stars I would for sure.
LIVID is the only thing that comes to mind.
I should have known walking in the door at how hot and nasty the inside was. With trash over flowing and dirty floors and the guy saying “I’m new here I’m new here…”
But… nope - with confidence in the grease monkey name and motto I continued to let them change the oil.
Here we sit on the side of the road, engine light on… no oil in the truck … and waiting for roadside assistance to take us back to the place that messed it up in the first place to hopefully fix their mistake.
Paying high dollar for a quick and friendly service is NOT the way to go apparently-
Take visual cues and my advice and stay away from this place.
The hope now is that they fix where and what they messed up in the first place.
AVOID this location at all costs and check your vehicle after you leave.
Would love for a manager to be at the store rather than a short handed staff trying to push cars through like cattle.
How do you not catch this before you let a truck pull off your lot.
Take some pride in your business and when you have new people - have them supervised until they are competent to work on people’s means of transportation
UPDATE—- Alicia fixed the issue in under 30 minutes - oil filter wasn’t out on correctly and she put new oil filter on and new oil!

Went on July 5th. Was informed by staff there that this was not their store and they were helping out. Job done (not) reflected that. Invoice stated completed windshield wash and vacuum interior which was not done. Considering the 50 minute wait, would assume those niceties, which am used to at this location, were never done. It also makes me wonder if anything was done. Not a visit I would consider honest.

Seems like a new crew. Very nice, respectful and seems to have done a good job however I will know in a few days if I have an oil leak.
