My SUV had an interior detail. They cleaned it better than I could and it looks really good. It's probably the best detail I've had in years. But I'm still looking for that next level of detail. Something more like cleaning the stitching in the leather with a pick. When I dropped off the vehicle I noticed a door ding and wanted to have them fix that but I ended up not asking. About an hour later when I was home waiting, their partnered business called me and said they saw my vehicle had a door ding and offered a price to repair. I thought that was convenient and nice. Down one star because I had to call a couple of times to schedule an appointment.

No one who checked us in or worked on our car was wearing a mask They were walking inside and out with out a mask. When we asked why the person at the counter said they were following all of the protocols.?. Very mediocre cleaning job.

The car detailer's were great, but the lady behind the counter at check out was not wearing a mask, even though the sign on their door said to enter you must wear a mask. Just plain arrogance. Will not be back.

Same as many other complaints, no masks at all. Even for those that are getting in your car. Clearly do not care about the safety of their customers.

I've always found the place to be friendly enough and decent but I wish the staff would comply with wearing a mask for everyone's safety.

Filthy. Absolutely no-one complying with the covid-19 procedures.none of the staff wearing masks and none of the customers wearing masks. The hand sanitizer dispensers are even empty. Clearly this place is pretty backwards.

The company honestly could care less about the workers being unemployed, literally no update or anything since it's been shutdown. That is extremely unprofessional. I would never treat my employees like that, that is for certain.

AVOID THIS PLACE. DO NOT BUY GAS HERE! I bought a tank of gas and had almost immediate problems with my car. I took it to the dealer for service and they identified 38% water in the gas I bought. $579 in repairs and two days in the shop. When I posted to a community site, people responded with prior issues with credit card fraud. Beware!

Ridiculous--you were to be operating at 9 this morning, no one there and cashier had no idea when the car wash staff would show up. Furthermore i took my car in yesterday to be washed and had one car in front of me yet it took almost an hour to get that car washed.
