We had a collection of family pieces that we wanted preserved and to be able to display. John in the framing department was amazing. He helped us through our options for each piece ensuring that we were happy with the finished product and that it would meet their standards for preservation and appearance.

Hobby Lobby has the most confusing pricing system i have ever had to deal with. An item may be under a sign that explains X percent off, but you will come to realize that did not apply because it was a different classified product. You will also find two different price tags on the exact same items, which is incredulous, but employees will not adjust the price unless it's specified on the package! The items in the store are usually overpriced to begin with and can be located at other retailers for less. The only reason for 2 stars is that the store is usually very clean.

The worst hobby lobby I've ever been to.
The staff act like they work at Walmart. Incredibly slow and extremely rude, rarely helpful. The other reviews who mention racist employees are unfortunately correct, I'm barely biracial and that's still too dark for Hobby Lobby. I either get stalked in the store, or I get ignored by all when trying to find help.
They put sale signage on items not on sale, and the cashiers never know what is actually on sale, so most of the time, you need to take pictures and keep track of the sales yourself. Even then, the employees will argue with you.
This location is in desperate need of new management.
