Disorganized & lack of Sales
I recently visited this store and was overwhelmed by the shopping environment. The store's inventory management is subpar, with overcrowded shelves that appear hazardous, as heavy items seem ready to fall off at any moment. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find no sale items or discounts available. The store's layout is also poorly designed, with extremely heavy items, like plant decorations, precariously perched on shelves, making it difficult to navigate the aisles safely. Overall, the store's disorganization and lack of sales make it a disappointing destination for home decor shopping.

Store was well stocked with all the fun things I go to Home Goods for. The checkout line was much slower than usual. But most times at this location tends to be normal to have a longer checkout.

Last week I bought 4 items and the lady charged 5 ! I just realized in home and I come back to complain and the supervisor said if nothing can do it for me I need a proven ( I have the receipt ), a ask for the video camera but she said don’t have ?true??? I don’t think so I lost $15 dollars and that’s it ! This is no fear! I love this store before but now in chirstimas time whit the cashier’s and supervisorlike this I don’t come back any more!

This stores homewares are layered dangerously on shelving. It's so messy and disorganized I will make the drive to a nicer store.

Is it possible to shop here and not buy more than what you came for!? This place has the coolest, most unique, and wide variety of things that you could legit spend hours here and still find something cool on your way out the door!

Has to be my FAVORITE Homegoods store. And I’ve shopped many!They have furniture- rugs, chairs, ottomans , tables, bar stools and counter stools, framed art, lamps…..I could go on! And most everything is so nicely and orderly displayed. There is always someone to help if I need it and the manager, Kathy, is a delight and often on the floor as well to help the customers. Love this place!
