This is the only exercise program that has kept me coming back for years. It is a great workout and its never boring! The instructors are amazing, the music is current and the people you workout with are friendly and so much fun! Come and join us.

Going to Castle Rock Jazzercise is an excellent way to have fun and get a tremendous workout at the same time! The instructors at Castle Rock Jazzercise are awesome! I’ve been doing Jazzercise for 25 years and still LOVE the workout and the community we have with each other…highly recommend!

Fairly new to Colorado after relocating here from Florida, I was desperately looking for an outlet to exercise and meet energetic, enthusiastic people…Jazzercise has been a dream come true! Amanda, our instructor is an absolute ray of sunshine! Her expertise, skill and warmth are unsurpassable! She challenges us every class and always makes sure to help us modify the routines to meet our individual needs when needed. I can not rave enough about Jazzercise at Castle Rock! I found my home there!

I have been doing Jazzercise off and on for over 20 years. I was so sad when the old Castle Rock Jazzercise closed many years ago. The new owner, Amanda, has done an amazing job bringing Jazzercise back to Castle Rock. She is very high energy and brings lots of variety of music and class formats. The new space is very nice and Amanda keeps adding weekly classes to fit her customers' schedules. I've done Zumba and many Les Mills class formats but Jazzercise is by far my favorite. It is a fun and effective workout that blends cardio and sculpting. I never have to talk myself into going to class. I want to go and the instructors do a great job motivating me while I'm there. I love it. Please come try it out!

I’ve done Jazzercise for nearly 30 years. It’s the best total workout around. The music and dance routines change frequently which literally keeps on our toes! This is more than just an amazing workout, it's a family. Forget Jazzercise of decades ago, this is truly the only workout that I have stuck with and love. From the choreography to the music, the FABULOUS instructors, and the friendships made. There is nothing to not love. Try it once and you'll be hooked!
