They try as hard as they can with how many people need prescriptions. They have always been helpful to me. My advice to people is to be kind and have patience. These people are humans too and they work very hard. Remember that.

I've noticed a huge improvement over the past year. They really try hard to please. Unfortunately, customers are rude, impatient, obnoxious and entitled. Be nice!

if i could give negative stars i would in a heartbeat. jackson, i’m pretty sure is the name of the new pharmacist, is discriminatory for no reason against people and the medications they have been prescribed. i have had my medications filled here for almost 2 years and never had any issues until he came along. he put a note in my account saying i can’t pick up the medication i’ve been taking for over 2 years, all because of his own personal feelings i assume? whatever the case may be, it is incredibly unprofessional and upsetting being treated this way. never again will i do business with these people. they’re rude and all act like they hate their jobs. please figure it out.

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Nothing is ever ready when it's supposed to be. Somehow miss prescriptions that have been called in. Watch out for the common it will be ready in 30 minutes line. It's NEVER ready in 30 minutes and you'll end up walking around the store an hour waiting. The number of naps I've taken in the chairs by the pharmacy is ridiculous.

Lower rating if I could!!!!This place is so awful! Their status on their app just keeps pushing the date on prescriptions that are supposed to be filled. When you try to call, you’re lucky to get even a “please hold” before you’re put on an endless hold. Sometimes it’s not endless, sometimes it just hangs up on you instead!I can’t believe with a1.6⭐️ rating, that anyone working there still has a job.

Pharmacy techs here act like they haven’t got a clue on anything. No other king Soopers I have ever been has been like this. Short dark haired lady has an i don’t care to help you fix ur problem attitude. As I wait for my meds I watch a whole line of people fed up with her. Looking at other reviews seems I’m not the only one to feel this way.

Why haven't King Soopers Management/Kroger Management gotten involved and clean out this pharmacy?!?!I will pursue legal action to clear out the rotten management currently operating this dysfunctional pharmacy since current management lacks the interest to take action!You cannot mis-manage people's healthcare as they are currently doing!

I transferred back to this pharmacy because I moved back down here again. OMG I have never been treated so disrespected and just blown off. You are terrible to your customers who are here because they need your help. You act inconvenienced and have NO sense of urgency to these customers. I will be transferring again. No one deserves this treatment, and you work in health care! Shame on you

Terrible customer service via the drive-thru. When I got there, there were no customers inside. They said they’d be right with me. 10 minutes passed and they began helping two customers inside. I hit the call button and waited five more minutes. No one came to the window. Waste of time.

Love the location. The staff is rude and it starts from the pharmacist. I overheard the way she talks to her staff. Not a surprise that if you treat your people badly they will treat your customers badly.

You know they are really great people and not a reflectionon them. I never do this but hoping it will initiate change.When you call they put on hold immediately, which is fine but and then it drops you after you have been on hold more than five minutes because they never come back to you. We average four to five times calling and eventually we tell them they cannot put us on hold this time to get any help.When you go to the store it typically takes 20 minutes to get helped and if you are in the car lane even longer.You go to the doctor and they send a script it might not even be filled that day because their delays are that long. They are great people but they just are not equipped or staffed like other King Soopers and they are not functional nor proficient like a pharmacy should be.Again, I hate doing this but go to main CVS down the street a much better and less frustrating experience, especially when you are sick and not wanting to deal with those level of headaches
