Prices are terrible and they treat their staff like dirt. It also appears they are getting free labor at the Castle Rock locations by conducting a union bust. I'd really like to know where they got the strike staff from.

So grateful for the bakery team! We ordered pull apart cupcakes and they surpassed expectation! It can be hit or miss with grocery store bakeries but we will definitely be return customers!

If someone told me 10 years ago that I would have to wait in a line to do the checkout and bagging myself, and pay for the bags to put them in i would say they were crazy. Next complaint is as of 2/5/2025 this location there was a 3 employees with King soopers badges smoking pot in the parking lot. Maybe they could have helped with the checkout lines instead of getting high.

Terrible compared to Saweway. They stock during they day and their employees take over the isles. You can't move a cart down some isles. If only we could go back to precovid when this places somewhat cared. You can certainly plan on waiting in a long self checkout line since they might open open checker.
And they want us to support a merger? What a joke!

First, Starbucks employees here are awesome. And I will say this the bathrooms here are definitely better than safeway. One bad thing is they do not have my ice cream here. So someone please order Ben and Jerry's strawberry cheesecake ice cream, so I don't have to go back to safeway to get my ice cream. I really don't want to.
