Amazing staff. Was here yesterday with wife to pick out new jeans. Returned again today to do an exchange for size. Had the same sales person help me out. Did not catch her name (last 3 on ID receipt 845). They wore a backwards white hat. Anyways if you are management I would like to express how well she did. Will be coming back again thanks to the great customer service!

The sales associate was friendly and very helpful. I also appreciated that the store had 10 fitting rooms… my wife and I were able to try on an entire wardrobe and still be out of the store in 30 minutes.

Let's get to the main reason for coming to a Levi outlet, sizes available and price! During my recent visit I purchased 3 pairs of men's jeans for $60, checked in the normal Levi shop and each pair was $98 plus tax!!! Staff were very friendly and just as shocked at the savings as we were!!

Staff was informative, but not pushy. Let you know what the deals are. What’s on sale where the clearance section is but didn’t push. We’re friendly and helpful.

Cashier made me play rock paper siscors with another customer to determine the order of being checked out… super awkward. The young rude cashier also complained about being paid in cash. When I pulled out my money, she was rolling her eyes and said “ugh I hate 20’s” and was huffing and puffing while counting bills. I gave her exact change & I’m not sure how that could upset her?… She proceeded to rudely ask me why I have so many $20 bills and where I even got them?
Managers need to be present on the floor if their employees can’t act like adults and treat customers kindly.

Honestly this is such an amazing store! Ace the staff help us was incredible kind patient and very helpful she with the other lady at the dressing room went to the extra mile! Help us tremendously with sizes and right design even help us with the online order and explain in such a detail! Not sure who is the manager here but for sure they must keep this amazing staff !

I bought 6 shirts for buy one regular price and get the second one for 75%off. Only two shirts fit even though they were all the same size. I tried to return one week later however the sale was buy one at regular price and get the second one for 30% off. They said I could exchange and pay the difference or return. I decided to just do a return for the four shirts that did not fit. They just refunded all the shirts at 75% off even though that was wrong. I am not very happy with their customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
