Mathew and his entire office are some of the BEST people I’ve ever done business with, I can’t say enough about them. I’m 73 and I rarely have praise for ANY of the people I do business with which is why it’s such a pleasure to work with Matthew and his staff! FANTASTIC people!

I've been a customer of Matthew Fry for over 10 years, and he's always handled my inquiries and occasional claims quickly and professionally. I've recommended him to several neighbors and friends. His office staff is very courteous and professional as well.

When I first moved to Colorado in 2000, I only needed auto and renters insurance. I met with Matthew in his office and he helped me figure out the amount of coverage that I personally needed so that I would be protected. That was the last time I spoke with Matthew in over 20 years. And that was okay... Over those years, as my life changed and I moved around Colorado, my insurance needs changed. (multiple autos and rentals, bought and sold two homes, camping toys). I would just call Matthew's office, one of his team members would answer and immediately help me figure out new coverage suited for my needs. Over all those years, I began to remember their names. (hardly any employee turnover) Michelle, Lisa, Kendra and Michael were consistently professional, personable and very knowledgeable. They were always able to help me with what ever I needed. I moved out of Colorado last year, and I now truly realize how lucky I was to have walked into that office 24 years ago for my insurance. Recently, I did finally speak with Matthew, I thanked him for having such an amazing team and for 23 years of excellent service.

This place doesn’t have a clue about anything. I’ve dealt with Michelle, Kendra and Matt. All they have to say is I don’t know. I have multiple refunds that the don’t know where they are. This place is an absolute joke. Been 45 days and they can’t figure it out. They just keep asking for more money. One star is to high for these clowns. Called them again today and still the same answer “I don’t know”Don’t waste your time or money……Follow up, I have called this agency 7 times as I can’t pay my bill online and they will not answer the phones or return calls. Michelle thought she hung up on me when I called and was cursing about me. This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.

We have been working with Matthew Fry and his team for the past 3 years since moving to Colorado. They have actively reached out to us to do annual policy reviews. It's all about getting the right coverage, discussing life changes that may affect coverage, and looking for ways to save some money. Super happy with the choice to stay with State Farm.

We found Matt very helpful in understanding the various terms of the policies and why those terms represented pros & cons in the options we could select. We found Kendra provided excellent customer service. She responded very timely to our needs and our questions. Kendra helped us through confusing points & concerns most often not of her own doing.

I recently switch to a different StateFarm agent due to recommendations from a friend and poor service from Matt (1. stranded my wife on the freeway with flat tire for over 1.5 hours, didn't engage or escalate issue with roadside assistance and 2. Despite several questions about rate hikes, Matt's assistant simply replied that costs go up) Following the switch, I discovered, that Matt had been over insuring my home and auto significantly. After reviewing my policies with the new agent I was able to save 30%, a huge amount. I understand it's my responsibility (buyer beware)to review policies and rates, but I am not an insurance expert and I put trust in Matt/StateFarm. Regardless 30% is excessive. I suggest you review your rates carefully and shop around.

I've been with State Farm for 26 years and still love them! I've had claims which they've handled well. I insure my house, jewelry and cars with them and get an AMAZING rate that no one can touch (even credit unions or military options). The Castle Rock location with Matthew Fry has always been super helpful, professional and easy to work with. Today I spoke with Brooke about emailing my lost insurance cards and a rebate for not driving our cars during the COVID 19. It was effortless and she was a breath of fresh air amid these types of phone calls that can end up taking 45 minutes and a bunch of frustration. Thank you State Farm and Brooke! Well done:)
