I typically don’t believe in leaving a bad review however I was treated incredibly rudely this morning. The lady behind the counter charged me $4.26 for a cup of ice and a Dr Pepper bottle. When I challenged her about charging me for the cup of ice, she said well that’s just what we do here. Well, since it was the gas station‘s fault that the soda was out on the fountain machine any other time that has happened I’ve always been allowed to get a glass of ice. when I was getting ready to leave. She goes. Oh you’re really pleasant being incredibly sarcastic and then she said just have a good day And I told her I’d been in the customer service field forever as a store manager and I know how to treat customers, and I know how to act as a customer. I was not mean I was not rude. I just tried to explain to her. I didn’t think it was fair. I was paying for a cup of ice, which would’ve had to be thrown away anyway, because I’d put the soda in there which turned out to be mostly water .Anyways I felt you should know Yes

This Review is on Brandon. Brandon is very unnecessarily sarcastic and facetious meaning he Always treating serious issues with unwanted humor and smart remarks. In my opinion I believe Brandon is in the wrong profession and I think he should be in Stand up comedy or the Improv because he definitely missed his calling. I understand sometimes you hire employees and expect them to have good social and personality skills or expect them to automatically be professional but sometimes these things should be trained or taught. Every experience with Brandon gets cringey and weird due to his constant unnecessary sarcasm. If Brandon is supposed to be a representation of the type of culture you guys are shooting for then I have to say Good luck with that. Brandon is very unprofessionall and act with No integrity. But it seems like workers with Brandon's Nasty attitude are the ones who Excell unfortunately.

I always enjoy coming to this gas station when I am in Castle Rock. I want to throw a special shoutout to Pete, the Manager today, who helped me retrieve my keys, as I accidently flushed them down the toilet. I am so very greatful.

A man was standing outside of my car and kept harassing me and a friend to get him beer. One of the cashiers saw this happen and came to help us out. I come here very often and most of the time I see the same cashier. He’s always very polite and goes the extra mile without any expectations. I believe his name is Kory and he deserves a raise or something because he works hard and has a kind heart.
