Starts with the salesperson that has always stayed touch with me. I was looking for a used Ford F150 but this was sitting on the floor. Makayla Siebold pointed out that it would work well for the salesman vehicle I was looking for. All other positions there have been great too.

We drove out from Utah to buy an SUV here. 9 hours each way. Staff was friendly. We came with our own financing (check from bank in hand) So I feel like the whole process should have been faster. (Took about 3 and a half hours) Or maybe I was tired from the trip. This lot had more vehicles on it that 80% of the dealerships in Utah put together. I thought all dealerships were using Covid as an excuse to not have anything in stock. But not here. They had some of everything. Super impressed with the selection. It wS worth the drive. The salesman filled the tank of the New SUV and the one we drove up in. That was a nice little extra isince I've noticed in recent years car dealers don't seem to hand out buyer incentives anymore...wonder why. This was a pleasant buying experience. I normally HATE to purchase cars just because of how time consuming it is...hurry up and wait...but this time not to terrible.

I was running quite a bit late for an afternoon appointment. I called to reschedule but they were more than accommodating and said bring your vehicle in anyways. I arrived 45 minutes late, dropped off for oil change and tire rotation, was notified it was completed about an hour later. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

6 months ago this dealership supposedly added me to list to get my retrofit heated steering wheel and front parking sensors when I came in for an oil change. I received my letter from GM saying parts were available. I made my appointment 30+ days out to have them installed at this dealership. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have parts for me and I needed to call to reserve them vs. tell them in person or in my online appointment requests. Going on almost two years without key features. Just very poorly run service department.

Ever since the new ownership took over it's gone downhill fast. Not only when I call I can almost never get anyone to answer, which I don't know why because every time I go there there's multiple people standing around doing nothing. So now instead of going to one person for everything, I have to go to one advisor for one thing, another for something else, and a third I think just to screw with me, but I was told this is the "right" way. So I go in for my service and of course they find something that's needed at a crazy price, but I oblige. I go to pay and it's nearly $100 more than quoted. When I bring this to their attention, they blame it on a new system. They corrected it, but then get a new total, with added shop fees. I of course have to pay it, to then find that they are now charging a 3% credit card fee, because the state the Colorado says they can. They told me they have to even though the clearly stated statue (taped to the desk) states it's optional.

I got my car back from services on Monday and My car broke down on me last night. Not even a week of driving. It started smoking and overheating. It also looks like oil is spilled under the hood. This was the furthest I drove my car since getting it back. I had it towed back to the dealership and it is sitting there. I think they broke my car. The gentleman who checked me in is super friendly and makes sure that part is correct. What happens after that I don’t know.

Thanks to Zak for talking with the Emissions people to figure out why they couldn't communicate with our vehicle the 2 times I took it in, and for giving me a contact (manager Anthony) in case there were issues a third time. I don't know what all you did, but I got the emissions done this morning with great success and can now go register it. THANK YOU for clearing up this headache.

Ed took superb care of me & my Tahoe! Even though I didn’t purchase it here, when I brought it in for a failed transmission he helped me get it back running quickly and painlessly. He worked with the warranty company so I didn’t have to add the stress of dealing with them. Could not recommend ed in the service dept enough!

Javier and the entire sales team took the stress out of a rough situation and worked with us to get the best possible deal and financing on a beautiful new in-stock Chevy Silverado HD2500. I cannot speak highly enough about their "no BS" approach in working with us to find the right vehicle and payments to fit our needs. Tony in the finance department was knowledgeable and detailed in his explanations of all the optional coverages and figures. We will make the drive to purchase here again!

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful! We purchased a beautiful new Traverse that we are very excited about. The staff took time to teach us about the new technology and all the bells and whistles- very impressive. We look forward to working with them again someday.

Bill and Zach made my experience amazing!!! They had the truck I’ve been waiting for on the lot and immediately showed me once I started to describe it to them. They made the entire process quick and easy. I showed up, test drove and finished the final documents!

Bill, Tony, Rogan, David, and the rest of the Castle Rock GMC team are amazing. By far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I drove over 600 miles to buy my truck... I would not hesitate to make that drive and buy another car from them.

I was looking for a new truck and had settled on Castle Rock Chevrolet as the dealer of my choice to make a purchase. I had given the dealership $1000 as a deposit on a truck that was to be in transit. After a week I had some family matters come up and unable to purchase the truck. I attempted to reach the sales person, Chris Hering via text on 7/16/23, 7/19/23 with no replies at all. I texted Chris again on 7/26/23 and he finally replied and said I needed to contact the new car sales managed Maverick (Chad). I called on 7/26/23 and never got a return call, left msg again on 7/28/23 and again, never received a call back. Going on almost a month now and never have heard from Maverick (Chad). If this is the way Castle Rock Chevrolet does business I would never consider Castle Rock Chevrolet again.Perhaps the GM, Parm Dosanjh will make contact or the managing partner, Travis Van Spronsen.Extremely poor business practice, never before have I dealt with such a disreputable company as Castle Rock Chevrolet.I will never recommend Castle Rock Chevrolet to anyone.

I'll be back for the 3rd time for the same recall repair. Why? Because shoddy notation or shoddy reading of notes. I brought the truck in so the techs could verify the hood liner was not there (it's not). They "ordered" it (they didn't) and said they would call when it came in. It never came in. I got call from the recall people. Set another date. Got a call from the dealer. Confirmed with the service manager this whole story. Confirmed the liner is not there. Asked to review notes. Specifically asked if the part was ordered and available. Yessir, we got a whole new team, etc.Guess what... no part ordered. 3 hours wait, so they can verify for 3rd time that the liner isn't there.High speed.

My wife and I we’re professionally taken care of with the purchase of our 2023 Yukon Denali XL. Rogan Taylor, Bill DeSautels and Ryan Beavers all provided outstanding service and made the purchase process very easy. I want to thank Ryan for encouraging us to purchase the windshield protection package. In out first trip, the day after purchasing the Denali, a semi on I-25, launched a rock that put a star shaped crack in the center of our windshield. The protection package will quickly pay for itself. We could have purchased basically the same Denali off of the lot at Alpine GMC, Littleton, but preferred to order the vehicle through Castle Rock GMC.My wife previously owned a 2014 Yukon Denali that had a slow tire leak. In 2022, she took the vehicle to Castle Rock GMC, who found the problem, replaced the valve stem and charged nothing ($0). That’s the way to gain a customer for life.We are thoroughly satisfied and happy with the service provided by Castle Rock GMC.
