Bought from them when they were Medved ford. That was great, came back (1.5 hrs away) as a loyal customer to upgrade and the owner was not willing to work with us at all. Guess I will buy a brand new vehicle from another dealer. I cannot recommend them anymore, I miss Mr. Medved, these guys don't care about customers, unfortunately. FYI, they would've made money off the offer I made, but greed runs deep here.

I could not ask for a better experience purchasing my vehicle with Alex. He was extremely helpful and patient as I decided on what i wanted. He took the time to explain everything about the vehicle I was interested in. He never rushed nor tried to push me into something I wasn't 100% about. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and the service I was provided.I will definitely be back for future vehicles.Thank you again, Alex!!

I used to always get my truck, that I bought at Castle Rock Ford, serviced at their Quick Lane. Over the years, their service has become less and less customer centered. I brought my truck in to get a screw removed and tire plugged on one of my tires (I bought the tires from Quick Lane). Rather than fix the tire immediately, I was told by Quick Lane management that I would have to make a reservation. The next week I made a reservation for an oil change and tire rotation. When I came in I told them about the tire that needed repair. After a couple minutes the manager came back in and said the tire couldn't be repaired because of "dry rot" and they refused to plug it. Later, after I had my vehicle serviced at Quick Lane, I took it to a local tire dealer, and had them look at the tire. They not only plugged the tire but also put the tire back on the truck for me. That's customer service! I'm so disappointed with Quick Lane's lack of customer service and not doing the right thing that I will no longer get my vehicles service there.

I bought a brand new 2022 f150 powerboost (hybrid) from Castle Rock Ford. They sold me on the ability to have loaner car with service and their excellent coverage of service issues. Within first 4 months the powertrain started cutting out for no reason and shutting off on the interstate. I could not book service appts on the app as it stated “no available slots” at all…the entire month (I assume it is an error). They updated the software and that resolved the issue for a week. The remained of the year of my first year of ownership I continually have had electrical issues with this brand new car and have over 40 error messages…40. I have brought my car in multiple times to get it updated/fixed and have yet to have a reliable fix. Furthermore, I am almost $4000 into rental car fees because castle rock ford never has loaner cars. Upon my last attempt to schedule service appointment I was told “we will call you when we have a loaner car for you”…..that was a week ago and I have heard nothing from castle rock ford. Just getting a simple oil change is impossible for scheduling. The actual technicians are very communicative and helpful but the system they work in is VERY broken. AVOID castle rock ford. IF ANYONE ELSE HAS EXPERIENCED THIS NEGLECT OF SERVICE PLEASE REACHOUT TO ME AS WE WILL BE RUNNING GEOTARGETED ADS ABOUT THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BLATANT DISREGARD OF FOLLOWUP ON NEW PRODUCTS SOLD BY CASTLE ROCK FORD.

Recently driving past this dealership on our vacation, we experienced a cracked spark plug which caused a major misfire in the engine while towing our trailer. The service dept via Joel/James really stepped up and helped us out in a bind, got us fixed up, and back on the road VERY quickly and effortless. It’s the little things that make a difference, and being in the service industry also I would know. Thanks a TON for the quick help and we did make our reservation and vacation is on track.

I brought my Ford Escape in for service, which I had prepaid when I bought the car. After I got almost home (20-25 minutes away) I got a message on my dash saying the windshield washer level was low. I texted them about this problem and their solution was for me to drive an hour RT for them to do something ( which I had prepaid good $$ for) they should have done in the begining. Maybe you should think about using their service department before you go in. I can't because I prepaid for 60,000 miles worth of service. I'm stuck with them.

Wanna talk about the absolute best customer service?!?! Go see Allina at Castle Rock Ford. From the very first moment, she got clued in to what I needed and worked hard to make it happen. At no point was she pushy, presumptive or annoying. Instead she asked appropriate questions, encouraged me to look at all of my options and was helpful across the board. CR Ford has taken excellent care of me and my family before. This time was no exception. Literally above and beyond in every aspect. Thank you!!

I had the best experience at Castle Rock Ford. You all are truly amazing. It was by far the best customer service I had ever had. Castle Rock Ford is by far not the closest service station to me but for that type of service I would GLADLY drive that extra commute to have that type of experience again! You all are amazing. A special shout out to the service advisors especially Kara, who was extremely nice, active listener and so professional!! So amazing!! And you mechanics always had a smile on their faces and you can see they really loved what they do and being there, that feeling extends to the customers as we can feel it. Keep up the truly amazing work!! I will use you all in future without question. To the residents of Colorado and beyond... if you want great customer service, contact Castle Rock Ford!! You will be glad you did I promise.

Wow. Really don't like giving another "1" for a service department, but damn. The last 3 times I've been in this service department I've left feeling like more of a burden than a paying customer. It's really unfortunate for you that Ford Service Departments are a dime a dozen. Customer service isn't easy, but hire "people" - people. Folks who are kind, hospitable, appreciate, are of service, and simply care. What you have now will only continue your demise. Good luck - I'm on to the next Ford Service Dept

By far one of the worst Ford dealerships in CO.Took the car in for a simple oil change and to have a recall looked at. Was originally told I didn't have a recall and then I showed proof of a letter being sent to me. They then asked if I hear a metal noise, in which I replied no. They In turn said there is no need to look into the recall that I can disregard the notice, which I'm not believing as a result of somebody being lazy to do their job.I then was told my battery was under 450 amps and needed to replace my battery. I told them it was replaced 3 months ago. I had them check it again and 5 minutes later, they came back and said the results were the same. Seemed pretty quick of a retest.I left and called AAA to have them test and replace my battery since it was only 3 months old and under warranty. When AAA arrived and lifted up the cars hood, they found several pieces of Hershey Kisses left in the engine compartment. I guess the sorry Ford employees left them behind as they were double checking my battery. AAA ran three tests and determined the battery was showing 700 amps on a 600 amp battery and said there were no issues with the battery. They also tested the alternator and again, no issues.It's clear Castle Rock Ford was trying to rip me off. I called and requested the service manager and/or their boss call me to discuss this matter. 3 days have passed and no call. Doesn't surprise me.Will take my business elsewhere as well as replacing my car with another dealership in the coming months.

I recently purchased a new F150 truck from Castle Rock Ford.Allina the sales person was exceptionally helpful, asking me to describe how I used my existing F150, and what goals I had for my new vehicle.She then identified the model that was the best-fit for my needs; while streamlining the trade-in process on my old truck.Overall it was an awesome experience. Zero pressure, fair price, with a knowledgeable, & friendly staff.Will purchase from them again!

I'm honestly beside myself. I've never dealt with a Ford dealer or any dealer for that matter where I could efficiently make an appointment online get my car picked up from my house at no charge, install 2 recalls, and return the vehicle to my house all in the same day. That is truly amazing customer service. Its unheard of around here. I actually want to meet the GM of this dealership and shake their hand. You have absolutely earned my future business! I normally cringe when I have to get work done at a dealership. I typically do all my own service and I am a hobby mechanic, but when my vehicles needs warranty or recall work done I have had no place to go. Phil Long Ford has been awful, so I figured I would try Castle Rock! What an amazing experience, congrats to your leadership and staff, well done!
