I visited this location yesterday to purchase a gift for my niece that just turned 15! It wasn’t too busy we weren’t offered assistance from anyone in the store. There was a woman with blonde hair and big framed glasses that was just scanning the store but offering no assistance. We went to the counter to check out and long behold the same woman was going to cash us out I asked about the selection of wallets and she payed no attention to my question and was very rude and hostile. As someone who has many handbags and spends hundreds and thousands on them i have never been treated this way and as a first time Michael Kors shopper for my niece it was very disappointing we did not feel welcome at all.

Ashley at the Castle Rock location was AMAZING! She helped me find a matching wallet for the Avril satchel I wanted to purchase. She heard another associate tell me there was no matching wallet, so I was going to leave when Ashley approached me with the exact one I wanted. Ashley, thank you for caring enough to go out of your way to make my day awesome. I appreciate you so much!

I recently visited this location and encountered an experience that left me both shocked and disappointed. One of the staff members, Barb, displayed behavior that was unprofessional and absolutely condescending. She profiles you when you enter the store and will follow you around. In addition, she gives you an attitude when assisting you.
Furthermore, Barb did not know how to approach simple tasks such as ordering a product they had out of stock. Her lack of professionalism and inability to aid customers was quite appalling. I have been a reoccurring customer at this specific location for many years and have never come across any issues like this before.

I purchased a watch as a gift. They let me know I would have to come back during the week to have it sized. I drove back on a Monday and was told they couldn’t help me with it. Frustrating to drive there just for this after they originally told me come back and then have them not be able to help me. I went to a watch repair store instead and they sized it for me.

I had bought two bags from Michael Kors in California and wanted to return both. The guy at the counter, a big African American gentleman, Louise, I believe, was an epitome of who not to have in customer service. I had two little kids with me and instead of helping he starts getting upset that one of the receipts had a different card. To that, I pulled up my bank statement all the while with one kid hanging on me and another next to me to show him that there must be a system glitch since it was the same card per my bank. He expresses frustration and then darts off to talk to his manager and then comes back saying maybe you used Apple Pay or something. Not a word said after that and just hands me the refund receipt without a thanks or see you again. Not sure what was going on but this guy definitely doesn't belong in customer service let alone at Michael Kors. I'm all for diversity hires, myself being an immigrant, but this was probably the poorest customer service I've seen from a reknowned retailer.

The lady with the black rimmed glasses (grayish coat over black shirt) at the door today 12/17/23 was very helpful. I did not catch her name. She was so friendly and nice to us. She made our shopping experience to the best. We will be back and recommend our friend and family to the store to see her.

Decided to stop in today a man greeted my party right away and asked if we had something in mind to see and showed us to the right location great customer services from him the store was clean and organized limited in the jewelry options but stocked with bags and opened layout for stroller and wheelchair 10/03/23

I unfortunately felt profiled as I tried to shop, constantly being followed and watched closely, I went to the back of the store to look at a coat that caught my eye (putting me out of view of employees) you should have seen how fast one of the staff members followed me. Will absolutely not be going back
