Don't come here!I've been holding off on writing this review hoping to have my truck back and issues resolved, but yet again I am without my vehicle after the promised return date for now the second time. I came to Michael's per the recommendation of Geico and I've had work done here in the past, however this time it's been an horrific experience. So it started with misleading texts and miscommunication between the staff. I was told the bumper was weeks out, then told it was the bedside, which I was able to locate in town in less than 5 minutes, but then back to the bumper, which wasn't even the issue in the long run. After 31 days I was told my truck was finally done. Went to pick it up and my headlight was not working, my window switch was broken but biggest of all they missed the repairs on the entire right side of my truck!?! Yeah it was quoted out and included in the estimate as well as paid for by insurance but it was "missed". So, they said they would rush the repairs and my truck would be another week. The owner kept me informed of the progress and I was told the truck would be done Thursday... And here we are. Got a call an hour before pickup stating that they can't get the headlights to work. All lights were working when I dropped the vehicle off. I am beyond upset about this experience and still without a vehicle. No offer to cover a rental (insurance only covers 30 days) no restitution offered at all (maybe offer to detail the entire vehicle) but nope, just wait and be without a vehicle. I installed the headlights on the truck and got them to work just fine, yet trained technicians aren't able to figure it out. I am venting a little here but man I'm upset. I know that stuff happens sometimes but a resolution is all I'm looking for. I just want my truck back working the way I dropped it off minus the dents I paid to have repaired. What a nightmare.**Update** The saga continues with these guys. So get a call that my truck is done. I asked if they were sure and I received an enthusiastic "yes". I get there and there is a badge on one side but not the other. I was told they didn't remember what we talked about a week ago the first time I went down to pick it up. I told them they should have called me then and asked. So they take the keys and go back to the shop. Pull back up front minus the badges so I do a walk around. Headlights work, great... But oooh what's this on the band new bed side? Oh it's a massive amount of over spray. Detail tech spends the next hour trying to buff it all out, all while I'm waiting there. Finally comes back in and got some off but it's still there to the point the bed would need to be removed. Okay, not happy and ask for a call from the owner on Monday to get this resolved. Glad to be back in my truck. I start to drive home. First turn I felt something was off. Next turn, yup problem. The vehicle shudders in any turn above 20 mph, scary as heck driving up the winding canyon road to my house. So they said it was done, it was not. Then they send me away in an unsafe vehicle. Can't wait to put this behind me.

Great service! Sons car door handle/key cylinder was broken due break in and Michaels accommodated for immediate repair. Got the part, painted and installed. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend for any auto body needs!!!

I took my car to Michael's after my rear bumper was damaged in an accident. John was nice and personable and got me an accurate estimate in a short time and got an invoice prepared for the insurance company. There was only a week wait to get my car in and the repair was completed in only a few days. The work done was immaculate and my car looked better than even before the accident! Thanks to John and the Michael's crew!

John has been amazing! We’ve taken 2 cars for windshield replacement and 1 to have a chip repaired and he was super responsive and quick getting all of them in before they head back to their respective schools! Highly recommend them for glass replacement!!Service: Auto glass repair

Absolutely horrible experience… Reached out July 18th and was told to send over insurance estimates to get the process going. Sent immediately with several pictures to help them and was so appreciative.Fast forward a week and still not a single person reached out to confirm anything so I called and left a very nice voicemail. Still nothing 2 days later so I called and got voicemail again. Asked why I hadn’t heard anything and would really appreciate a call back even if they can’t fit me in anymore.Still hadn’t heard anything 24 hours later and FINALLY got in touch with someone that said my estimate was still not going to get touched until next week. That’s whatever but the fact not a single member reached out and responded to my multiple messages or my initial email they requested is an embarrassment.

Had vehicle repaired previously...the work performed was acceptable...but the communication was lacking...also more importantly when I did get vehicle back it was NOT completely put back together...was missing various clips and screws that had been removed to make the repair..when I called they said they would order those and call me to have the vehicle back to go through and take care of that...WELL a year later still have yet to hear from them!! I waited 2 months and took it to the dealership and they were happy to secure everything correctly and showed me everything that was overlooked from the repair when it was put back together. Hopefully things are better now as there was no real quality control or inspection of the vehicle before giving it back to me.

$10,000 worth of damage to my vehicle. You would think that would make me a valuable customer.Michael's Auto Body has terrible customer management! I called the shop five times to get an update on my car that was in the shop for about a month. No call back.I caught the employee in three (3) lies about the hold up on finishing my car. In the end, Michael's Auto Body was holding my car hostage waiting for a payment from Farmer's Insurance. The payment was for something the body shop forgot to bill Farmer's for. Yes, Michael's Auto Body forgot to bill insurance, and I suffered paying for a rental car because the shop believed Farmers would not / could not pay. Farmers is a major organization, not some nickel and dime place.Avoid this place! There is no accountability!Services: Painting

I absolutely loved Michael's Auto Body and Glass! I have taken my vehicles to numerous places before and I haven't found a place like this. From the moment you walk through the door they were so easy to talk to, completely professional and they make you feel like family! John Miller worked on my car and kept me informed through the process of my repair the entire time and never tried pushing me into spending more than I needed to. I would recommend them to everyone, I will never take my car anywhere else again! He did amazing work and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.Services: Auto glass repair

I took my Lexus in to repair a damaged trunk latch and the folks there, Michael(the owner), John, and Cassie were very helpful. John provided a complete and fair estimate for both the cost and when the work could be done. They fully met my expectations and were able to honor the quote and delivery time. With friendly and professional service I could not ask for any more. Well done!

Super poor communication. Made an appointment and showed up, they told me i didn’t have an appointment and wouldn’t see me. Had my spouse call and see what happened to our appointment and when we could reschedule. Put me on 5 minute hold. Will never use them if they can’t even communicate or properly schedule appointments.

Wow, I am so impressed with this repair facility. They have repaired my car to where it looks like new. The people working there, naming a few ( John, Cathy, Jennifer) have been wonderful in every way. Their communication with me was outstanding and I always felt they were doing their best. I totally would recommend Michaels Auto Body and Glass to everyone who needs repairs. Thank you again for restoring my car to where it looks like it rolled off the assembly line.
