I ordered a bagel and cream cheese through the drive through. I got a bagel (no cream cheese). Needless to say my breakfast before an early morning meeting didn’t work out like I thought. Plus it was over five dollars.

Inconsistent quality. Portions are not aligned with price. This store needs to up the quality control.

All the tables were dirty when I arrived. The soup I ordered was half full so when I ask to fill it up a little more the staff said no. Very disappointed with the Castle Rock location.

Nate (team manager) was a friendly guy, took the time to talk to me and did a great job with my complicated order. I appreciate guys like Nate, gave me a positive experience at Panera.

Given the number of guests, the wait time from ordering to delivery was remarkable. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Food was very good.

The price is extremely high for the portion sizes and quality. The full portion ceaser salad included 2 tiny salad dressings and would the overall salad would be considered a half portion at any other resteraunt. The "bowls" of soup were tiny and cost $9.80 each! The chicken noodles soup came with 3 noodles.

I grew up in St Louis, Mo absolutely loving the St Louis Bread company. When they went national they changed their name to Panera Bread. I love their morning soufflés but they are often sold out. This morning I ordered one from the app in hopes that when I ran my errands I could pick up this tasty treat. I was successful AND they kept it warm for me.YUM!!!

Always a pleasure to have the opportunity to eat breakfast there. AAAA establishment. Food was superb, fresh as usual. Great place to chill and recharge.

Appreciate the enclosed outdoor area. Great view. Great location. Service is definitely lacking.

High prices, low quality control. Corporate is greedy at expense of employees. Take your money elsewhere.

Was greeted at the drive thru window by I believe her name is Carol. She was very sweet and attentive and even asked if she could give my toddler a cookie. Such a thoughtful thing that made my toddlers day.

The food was just okay. Seemed very "franchisey." It was very busy both times we went. The kitchen seemed a little flustered, but they were working hard. Clean dining room was nice. Maybe pay a little more attention to the stock of the plastic ware.

What a mess! Lindsey helped me, if you could call it that. You want to talk about someone hating their job and life in general!!! Wow, she was sooooo awful.Have never been here before and I ordered the Steak and White Cheddar!I took at pic to show the difference between what the menu says it is, and what I actually got!It was drowning in horseradish, and pretty much nothing else. Half the sandwich had no meat on it, and ' ONIONS' RED ONIONS, WHERE??? Not on here! One good note though, TIM is a great employee! Thanks Tim for taking care.

So not impressed...went thru drive thru today. Only a cinamon crunch bagel, toasted with honey walnut cream cheese. It was obvious that whoever prepared my order could give a rats....my bagel was thrown upside down in the bottom of the bag. The knife, dirty cream cheese container, and napkins were all on top of the bagel. Wouldn't it be normal to wrap the bagel in some kind of paper? I mean most people would want to eat a clean bagel. Not one that has been handled then bombarded by 3 three other things that may or may not have been touched using gloves. So gross. Where is your common sense and care for the customer? Since I was the only one in the drive thru I guess the rest of Castle Rock already has this figured out....the good news? At least for me? Hell will freeze over before I head back to this place. And not even a thank you from the cashier for choosing (however unwisely) to spend my money here. I would think thank you to the customer is drive thru 101 but oh well...not my problem anymore!
