Usually pretty tasty, but the last pizza I ordered was a supreme that was only half cooked. Middle was still raw dough and I had to finish baking it myself. Waaaay too expensive to have to finish cooking.

They use door dash for delivery but have no way of contacting the driver, so when your order gets “lost” they have no way to confirm with the driver whether they mis-delivered the order or not. The “manager” I spoke with (LOL) sounded like he was a 20-year-old kid that had been on the job 5 minutes (aka lying about being the manager). Absolute joke of a business, with mid-tier pizza that’s overpriced. Order elsewhere. Parry’s and several other pizza restaurants have better pizza available for delivery in the castle rock area, anyway.

Pizza arrived on time. Would like to see more toppings but it was good. Our driver was Tamas and he was wonderful. Friendly, quick, and I will definitely be back. I know it got poor reviews before but something seems to be good, maybe Tamas is their lucky star.

Placed an online order at 3:45 for pickup at 5. My wife got there on her way home from work at 5:15 and was informed they hadn't even started the order yet but told her they were about to get it started and it should be done by 5:30. At 5:25, she went to double check it would still be ready at 5:30 and the employee argued with her and told her he never said it would be ready then, and that they wouldn't even start it for another 20 minutes. We canceled the order and will never return. After having a similar experience at a Dominoes in town, we were hoping Papa Johns could be our new go-to for quick and easy pizza, but turns out, they're just as bad. Avoid at all costs.

Garbage pizza made the whole family sick. I like papa johns in other cities, but this place is awful.

Walter was so helpful and kind. My pizzas delivered at the wrong time and he offered to remake them and get them sent out at the correct time. Thank you!

They always take care of me if I have issues with the order that's why I always give them another chance! The delivery drivers are always kind and courteous.

I called them at 5 pm to have my pizza done at 6pm I showed up at 6 after working all day nobody said a word to me for about 15 minutes. Finally talked to someone and my order still wasn't ready. I waited another 15 minutes without getting my order and finally walked out. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!! I suggest you don't either. If I could give no stars I would.

Ordered a pizza thru the app and it said 30-40 mins and it’s almost been 2 hours and it’s not even out for delivery. Called customer service they patched me thru to the store twice and no one picked up the phone. This is the last time I will purchase from Papa John’s.

The messed up our delivery order so we went to the store to get a refund. We were told it would take 7 minutes to redo our order… it ended up taking 25 after waiting over an hour for delivery.

I understand people do not want yo work. I also understand places are short staffed. We ordered through DoorDash, and our order was excepted, but an hour later, they canceled the order. This is inexcusable. Will not order again from this location, and I will not recommend them. Thank you.

Manager is extremely rude and hostile. Two hours after ordering for delivery we called to see what was going on as it was getting late and we knew that soon the store front would be closed. When we called we were told that they were so short staffed that they were using DoorDash to deliver for them and they had accidentally given our order to the wrong DoorDash driver. They told us that we would have to go to DoorDash for our refund, but they weren’t certain on how exactly we should go about doing that. A short while after getting off the phone with Papa Johns we discovered cold pizza on our front porch, but no sign of the two liter of soda we had also paid for. At about this time we received another call from Papa Johns, this time it was from someone claiming to be the manager. We told her that the pizza had actually showed up, but was left on our front porch and now cold. She claimed that it was our fault as the DoorDash instructions were for a no contact delivery. We tried to informed that we didn’t order through DoorDash and had no idea that they were using DoorDash due to their short staff situation. She became very rude and hostile, trying to blame us for the situation. When we tried to speak she would simply speak louder and attempt to over talk us. When told her that she was not taking responsibility for the situation she hung up on us. Not satisfied with this I called her back and she began screaming saying that she was going to refund us, but since we pushed back she wasn’t going to do so. She hung up on us again. Guess paying $60 for two pizzas and a two liter at the Castle Rock Papa Johns really only gets you two cold pizzas after 2.5 hours and no two liter with an absolutely idiotic call from their store manager.

Garbage. Papadia is a joke. It's literally a kids personal pan pizza folded in half. The commercial makes it look so big and then you get this trash. I've swore off Papa Johns before but this time I'm done. I'll never order from this trash pizza place ever again.
