Never never never never buy a hamster form a pet shop. That is supporting the shops, and causing my hamsters to be bred, and more hamsters to be abused. The cages are small, and eventually the hamster will be given up to a shelter. There are many things wrong with pet stores, and I would completely go against supporting them by buying living animals.

Store NEAVER has frozen mice. Gone several times a week to check and they are always out. I’ve asked what days they will receive a new shipment and come on that day or the next and still they are out. Either they are just not restocking or letting someone buy them out instantly. Fell I’ll go to petco. Only leaving 2 stars because staff are friendly.

Beware of infected African Dwarf Frogs!! I bought two not long ago and added them to my tank. I already had some other frogs in there as well so when I added the two new ones they were sick with a fungal infection and gave it to my other ones. A few of my frogs died, including the new ones I just got. Even the tanks in the store were disgusting! There were a bunch of died fish just floating around and even one of the frogs were bleeding in the tank.

We called the store for a fish tank that was on sale and the website said the store had it in stock. I called just to be sure they had it before I drove there. Alan told me that he checked and didn’t have any in stock and was not sure why the website stated they had one. He told me Parker had some and advised I went there. We drove to the Castle Rock store to be sure they were out before we drove into Parker because the sale ended today and we didn’t want to miss out. Sure enough they had the exact one right by the door. We seen it walking in. Not sure why the employee wanted to loose out on a big sale. Never had an issue with this store before but glad I stopped in.

They are always helpful, and their animals and fish seem healthy. When I needed a price adjustment on catfood because they didn't have enough inventory to complete the "Buy 12 get 3 free" offer, they informed the cashiers via headset and they knew exactly what to do without me having to explain it. Very efficient!

Awful customer service. I rang out and specifically asked the clerk if my discounts were applied. He rushed me out during checkout and assured me that the discounts were correct. They were not correct, I checked the receipt and before I could ask him about it to get it corrected he blatantly ignored me and moved onto the next customer. I waited at the cashier lane and they did not even acknowledge me. I had to get back in line and wait again to get it corrected. You can tell there is no pride in working here and management processes here are abysmal. DO NOT COME HERE.

I’m honestly really sad to have to write this review. I’ve taken my dog Charlie to get groomed here for around 4 years and we’ve never had an issue. He was scheduled to see a groomer he has seen before, but due you unforeseen circumstances he had to be rescheduled to see a new groomer. Ashley H not only gave him a choppy groom, but didn’t even finish grooming him and sent him home with a pretty nasty cut on his foot without saying a word about it. We tried to reach out but were told by the grooming salon that she wasn’t in and that we needed to call back when she was working even though who we spoke to had no idea when she’d be working. His foot ended up getting infected and we had to contact corporate to get any help from the grooming salon. Luckily corporate and the overall management team of the actual store was great and he was able to be seen at Banfield to get antibiotics. My dog is a Shetland sheepdog and has been getting groomed since he was a puppy- he has NEVER had any behavioral issues and he is comfortable having his feet touched by anyone. He’s an extremely happy dog who loves attention and doesn’t mind any physical touch yet she still cut him and decided to say absolutely nothing to us, not finish his groom and still charged us the full amount. He was terrified to even put his collar on after he was groomed and was violently shaking the entire time we took him in to Banfield. I don’t know what Ashley H did but Charlie sure does and he hasn’t been the same since. Regardless of him getting medical care this should not have happened. Accidents happen but the fact Ashley decided not to say anything to us and not finish his groom is honestly unacceptable. He has gone here for YEARS and now I can’t even bring him in the building and I will not be bringing him back. I appreciate Banfield and corporates help but if you’re considering bringing your dog here do not schedule with Ashley.

Be careful of the Grooming salon at this location. They will nickel and dime you for everything. $10 additional charge because my dog doesn't like the dryer, $10 additional charge because of some matting around the ears and was told I need to brush my dog everyday at home. No thanks, will never return to this location. The customer service is horrible in regards of nonsense charges and not being willing to remove them. I also informed I would not be returning and her response was, ok. Completely fine with how they handle customers.

This location had what I was looking for, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Hayden went above and beyond by suggesting a coupon book to get the necessities for my new puppy. He asked great questions to help me find what I needed and helped me navigate other offers on the Petsmart website for future visits.
