5am, and there's almost no one ever at the desk to set the beds. They're busy enough, they should really have two people in the morning..
Hangers in the tanning room are broken. So, there isn't a place for your clothes, unless you don't mind throwing them on the dirty floor.

This planet fitness is very clean and well-maintained overall (not all of them are)! Ashley, at the front desk in the mornings, works incredibly hard!! When she is not actively helping a customer, she is cleaning. Not most of the time, but ALWAYS. I probably average 4-5 hours a week in there, and she is ALWAYS working hard, and yet, she still stops what she is doing to acknowledge customers as they scan in. I certainly hope management staff show their appreciation for her!! Unfortunately, there seems to be a relatively high staff turnover rate, but after several years of consistent visits here, I can highly recommend the Castle Rock Planet Fitness.

Love coming to this gym. It’s not overly crowded, clean equipment, and great staff. Mallory at the front desk always welcomes me in the mornings and makes it a friendly experience!

I love my gym and don’t want to be negative but what is the reason a bathroom stall is broken for 6 + months. So many new people have joined and several times now I got to use the restroom and there’s a line to wait because the girls bathroom has been a stall down forever. The water dispenser is constantly being broken, turnover of employees has been very noticeable and overall cleanliness has declined. Again, love my gym. Staff is always great but it’s the persistent things that continue to remain broken and noticeable decline in cleanliness around the gym and in the restrooms.

Drinking water isn't filtered and is always down, leaving you to grab water from the push bar. You can see things growing in the drain.
They have started running out of power towels and supply cloths to wipe down equipment which is now doing more harm than good.
One of the sinks in the men's room smells like fart when you use it. Some dispensers are completely empty.
No more of those training classes for years now.
Other than that you get the occasional Karen taking up 3-4 sets or dumbbells. No men in the women's restrooms that I know of. I have heard the women's restrooms have been going through issues as well.
Who owns this place?! Get it together.

If I could rate this a 0 stars, I would! Came in March to cancel my membership and instead they froze it, and started charging me again. I had to call and cancel my membership AGAIN and they said they couldn’t reimburse me. Highway robbery and just another typical planet fitness location money grabbing their clientele. Tons of other gym options in the area with REAL customer service willing to give their clients the best service possible. I would recommend anyone to go somewhere else then give this large corporation more money than they already have.
