We took our Lenovo laptop to Pro Tech for evaluation and general diagnostics. We met with Gary who was quite knowledgeable and personable too. When we left, our Lenovo laptop was running like a new computer. It truly is a blessing to have found this gentleman, who couldn't be friendlier in addition to showing his amazing knowledge as to how computers function, and how to fix that which is not working properly. The location of his office is convenient, and further confirms that Gary is our "computer guy!"

Wow...what great, prompt and cordial service. My 2018 Macbook Pro went down, and within 2 hours of dropping it off, these guys had it up and running. There was no data loss. And...they upgraded the OS!! You can't ask for more than that. Thanks guys!

Our office computer was on the fritz, thought we were in for a bunch of $$$, called Gary and dropped it off, and a quick affordable fix and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Will use him for all my home and office needs moving forward.

These guys were awesome. My iPhone 11 needed a new charging port, these guys were able to get the repair done in half the time that other shops quoted me and they even let me borrow one of their wireless chargers while we waited for the part to get in, free of charge too. Very pleasant to talk to as well, cannot recommend them enough!

I walked in to Protech feeling nearly helpless with my only source of work- my laptop- not charging or working properly. I took my phone to Gary at ProTech because of the screen going completely green. Gary suggested I first check into Verizon's warranty just to see before I spent money fixing it. Fortunately, Verizon covered the phone (unexpected for sure!). Thank you Gary for NOT just taking my money but helping me find a free solution first! I appreciate honesty and I will definitely use your services in the future.

Honest and gave great advice, these are guys looking to help people, not rip them off. Technology is expensive and when it breaks, it can be even more costly. They gave us great advice to keep things affordable for our individual situation. Highly recommend taking your tech device needs here over wasting your time and money on Best Buys geek squad.

I would give negative stars if I could. Do not take your computer here for repair. They put a new motherboard in a computer that worked. They lied and the owner is rude. Very unprofessional and my compute had to be fixed elsewhere for the original problem and damage they cause , and denied. Go anywhere but here

Find another place to have your computer repaired- after an initial consult we were told the computer screen was cracked, motherboard cracked (both not true) I went elsewhere and had the computer fixed, it was a software issue! went back a few minths later to ask for a screw to be replaced . they talked my fiancée into a new motherbiard so they could screw the cafes in properly. after $250 and a new motherboard, returned the computer with the case not on, screws missing and 4 large screws where there were original screws, now they say I need a new case- The owner was rude and wouldn't give me his name, even after I said I wasn't selling anything. Go anywhere but here
