The incompetence of the store employees is simply shocking. To return a product that was purchased just a couple of days ago, the store employee demanded an email address. For what reason, I still can't understand, but as it turned out, not providing an email address is the reason for refusing to return the product. This is simply the total incompetence of the store employees. Store management should explain in more detail to its employees how to behave with elderly clients and how the rules for returning goods work.

I have to say I’m ALWAYS impressed with the quality and workmanship of their shoes as well as pants! Whenever I buy puma it’s mostly always from this store seeing how their quality just seems to be better overall, I definitely recommend their sweats and sweaters if you do not like being cold in the wintertime or in the comforts of your own home! Their clothing is pretty thick and warm around this time, not to mention it lasts for so many years through rigorous years of usage. Sometimes I even wear my sweats underneath my motorcycle riding gear to ensure 100% comfortability and warmth when it starts to get chilly outside. I definitely recommend this store, especially for the holidays!

The entire team at this store was very friendly and attentive but one employee specifically takes home the win, Danny/ Danielle. The level of customer service she provided was absolutely incredible! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the products, she was also determined to help me find what I was looking for. She really went above and beyond. I really thank you, Danny, for taking the time to take care of the customer and for doing everything in your power to provide answers, solutions and more importantly a product that fits! (No pun intended)I choose Puma because the shoes tend to be a great fit for my feet, I found a pair of shoes that suffice but wasn’t 100% impressed with the overall selection. I’ve usually found a better option when shopping here. But it is an outlet so I fully understand my choices were limited. I also got a pair of very comfortable fluffy thong slippers if anyone cares.

My experience at Puma was a nightmare as the staff were extremly rude. I purchased a pair of shoes with a smudge on the top. I asked the employees if they had other shoes in the back without a smudge and they said they didn't without even looking. I purchased the shoes then found a better pair at a nearby store. I went back to return them the same day and they declined because of the smudge (even though they prommised me it wouldnt be am issie). Each employee just kept passing me off to their higher up, until Kevin the store manager showed up. He called me a liar and refused to return the shoes. Kevin needs to be fired he was so unbelievably rude and disrespectful and has no idea how to treat a loyal customer.

This place was awful. I bought a new pair of puma shoes, wore them to my car and my feet started aching. I came back to the store (10 mins later) to return them and they refused. They called me a liar and said that they were someone else's. I've never been so disrespected as a paying customer in my life.
