I had such a good experience at Quest Diagnostics I'm so glad that I canceled my appointment at Lab Corp. I was originally doing it down there in Colorado Springs after my doctor appointment because they told me that place was walk-in. There were 20 or 30 people packed in there like sardines and you had to sign in using a touch screen that was so disgusting and dirty. And I am a bit OCD and I do worry about things like respiratory illness and I just felt super grossed out in there and I couldn't stay. So I canceled with them and I made an appointment with Quest Diagnostics. I have used them in the past as well because my doctors have chosen them. I think this was my first time going to this location inside the Safeway though. I was a little surprised when I arrived that it was inside the Safeway and I wished I had given myself a few more minutes to walk through the store and find the location. Just FYI it's on aisle 3 next to the pharmacy. I asked an employee originally and he was like next to the pharmacy and then I was wandering around the store around the perimeter and I still didn't find it and I had to ask someone else. I think the first employee assumed I knew where the pharmacy was like bro I don't frequent this store but thank you for your attempt at guiding me haha. So if anyone is reading this it's in the middle of the store on aisle 3 not on the perimeter like you assume for most pharmacies in most stores. Anyway my phlebotomist was so nice I love her. I should have got her name I feel bad. But she was super nice and made the process so easy even though my veins were hard to find so she had to stab me twice haha. And I'm so grateful that I canceled my appointment in Colorado Springs and came here instead. It was a much more pleasant experience with no waiting at all she was ready for me when I got there. I'd recommend it to anybody who needs testing. Posting a picture of my jabbed up arm for tax because the algorithm will ignore you if you don't have a picture. My bad I forgot to get a picture of the location.

Took my son in at 8:15am. on 12/01/2023. I'm not sure of the name of the young lady who helped us, but she was great. I was having trouble at the kiosk, and she was kind enough to help us and get us in for the appointment. She was very kid friendly, and She kept making jokes to keep my son from getting nervous. She kept informing him of what was going on so he wasn't caught off guard with the blood draw. Overall, I had a great experience and am very satisfied with the interaction as well as how friendly and caring she was during the process.

This morning, I went to the lab in the Castle Rock Safeway without an appointment, and was turned away. There was not a patient there when I entered but the young lady said that she had appointments all morning in 10 minute intervals. She gave me a business card and sent me on my way. I went home and called my Doctor's office and had them change the order to Labcorp. I'm done with Quest!

It gets harder before it gets easier. But you gotta participate. It is worth it! No one looks forward to blood draws or any kind of lab testing without feeling like a guinea pig. The techs here are so sweet, efficient and service is quick where I am usually out in 15 minutes or less. I usually get lab results in 24 hours as well. Setting an appointment ahead of time definitely cuts that wait time down. Located inside Safeway, the waiting room is small so you can kill two birds with a stone and do some quick shopping or grab a Starbucks. Needles suck. Sometimes it is tough. Not all the time, just sometimes. Healing is being kind to yourself. Coming here for lab work you feel the kindness from the staff.

Customer service could have definitely been better. Set appointment online and arrived on time waited 10 minutes and then someone came out And said I just need to pick up take home test. She said it would be a while which doesn't tell me if it's going to be 5 minutes or an hour. After 25 minutes and after hearing a lot of conversation behind the door, I asked them how long it would take because I have to be somewhere and she said it would take a while, she has to help someone in the other room which has been a half an hour at least. After 5 more minutes of waiting she came out and gave me take home test and explain how to use it and didn't apologize at all. Will never come here again.

Every time I've been here, I'm in and out in under 20 minutes. Everyone is very friendly and blood draws are easy and painless. For everyone who complains about the wait times, it's super easy to schedule an appointment online. If you do this, there will be no wait whatsoever.

Was refused after being told by my doctor that they take walk-in appointments for blood withdraws. The woman who would be taking care of me became very angry after I explained that I was going to be sitting down and waiting until 1:00 when they open up from lunch to talk to them about getting a blood withdraw. She said she does not take walk-ins and that she only takes appointments and nobody should have to take walk-ins. Then she was mad at me for asking how I could schedule an appointment or asking if she had any available appointments today that I could take. She continued to talk down to me as I exited.

The phlebotomist here was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and talkative as well as aware of my 'joy' of being poked with needles. She was cracking jokes and getting through all the paperwork side of things. I've had bad experiences in the past with other Quest locations and this was a happy relief from those experiences.

Don't waste your time. Even though you set up appointments, upon arrival they will tell you they cannot perform certain services. Quest is the worst provider for services and I encourage you to seek elsewhere with labcorb.

Hayley went above and beyond for my dad who needed immediate blood work done to figure out why swelling affecting him to walk and get around. We had an appointment and Hayley was floating the the castle rock Safeway quest location and my dad has bad veins in arms and she said the supply for butterfly needles were not coming in. She was so sweet and found a butterfly needle from nearby location so my dad could get blood from his hand after 2 tries. She was so kind and we appreciated everything she did!!

This is the Absolute worst location you could visit for Quest Diagnostics. The lady who runs is not Helpful, and consistently try’s to get you to visit other locations. She is always “booked solid” even when her local check in and online gives you plenty of open times. If I could I would give 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and visit a different location.

7am appointment. At 7:30am the place isn't open. People are waiting in line outside. Two months ago we waited 30 min in the waiting room. Not coming here again.

Made an appointment and was taken back right on time. Patti was awesome! Very friendly and personable. Didn't judge me for my man-baby fear of the needle. Definitely recommend if you're squeamish about getting poked. Just tell her in advance, and she'll make you as comfortable as possible.

Wonderful phlebotomist, gentle, kind and personable. Anymore one needs to make an appointment for just about anything. Once that’s established the rest is easy. Anyone who waits for over an hour didn’t simplify their lives by scheduling. Not Quest’s fault.
