Wanted to cash out one item but the customer in front was cashing out a trolley worth of items so obviously it wouldve been a longer wait than usual . Kindly asked the cashier if there was anyone else available to cash and was rudely told I'm the only person cashing.....
She didn't even have the kind courtesy to say ' Sorry for the wait'
Question....If there were 10 other people waiting to cash in the queue... wouldn't you not have called for help
( No need to answer ....I presume different strokes for different folks)

Workers were very rude and there is a beeping sound going on through the entire store and the workers weren’t willing to stop it

Shelves were empty. Walkways a mess. Only one person running registers while there were multiple others walking around acting like the line that was almost to the back of the store wasn’t there. Thought this would be a nice location but to my surprise it was a chaotic mess. I would stay away from this location in my opinion.

It's a bit further of a drive than any of the ones in Colotado Springs but I occasionally frequent it because they have a pretty big inventory and while it's a hit-or-miss based on when you actually show up, they seem to get some really good selections when they have stock. Got a bunch of nice pants in my last visit but there was less children's clothing inventory at the time.
Overall would recommend shopping at this location. Conveniently right next to the outlet as well.

This Ross is located close to the Castle Rock Outlet Shops and it's one of the most organized Ross stores I've ever shopped at. All the sections have the appropriate sizes and items making it a great shopping experience.

The cashier was rude to my family and it's a Ross which is a horrible place. All Ross Ross are horrible.

Cashiers always welcome you when you walk in, and this store is usually always neat & clean.

I hesitate to tell all you mob-scene TJMaxx shoppers about Ross. I found everything I was looking for at incredible prices and did NOT have to stand in line for 20 minutes for my chance to pay. Great selections, budget friendly.
