I could not recommend this pharmacy any less. I used this pharmacy for a year and every single time I had to pick up there was some problem. "we gave your prescription to someone else" "no the text you got saying your prescription was ready was wrong" "I know you called 7 times this week but the only thing you can do to keep things moving is keep calling" "yes you ordered this a week ago but, I don't know, it just wasn't worked on". Switched to Walmart pharmacy and the experience could not have been more easy.

There are pre-made sandwiches out of date!! The date today is 10-24-2024 and the sandwiches were out of date on 10-24-2024.

This place is HORRIBLE!! I’ve had three different doctors, three different times, all electronically send in prescriptions. Everytime Safeway claims they never get it and then I’m having to track it down. Skyridge just sent in a prescription for me. I gave it two hours and they still have nothing!! I explained how this always happens with three different physicians and the guy ( sounded very young) told me it could take more than two hours I asked how long and he literally dodged the question. I asked again and he couldn’t tell me anything THEN proceeded to tell me it could be up to four hours???
Hmmm I thought electronic means it was done a heck of a lot faster than four hours. Isn’t that the purpose of sending electronically??? I’m done. I gave way too many chances to them!

Usually a wait to get your meds however the staff is amazing and work extremely hard. I keep coming because even when they are stressed they have a smile

Pharmacist has no capacity for analytical reasoning, and is not willing to be helpful. Long wait times. Save yourself the hassle and give your business to another pharmacy.

I have been trying to get a prescription filled for the last 2 weeks and have been given the biggest run-around, including Safeway not answering their phones or calling me back. I will be switching pharmacies and where I get my groceries.

The good staff left, the new pharmacist doesn't understand ANY script and has issues with everything. It is now the worst experience I've had and I'm transferring out of there.

I have yet to fill a Rx here and already the customer service I’ve received has been refreshing and totally amazing!!! Rocky has gone above and beyond- Thank you for caring so much and helping me out with everything:)

We have been coming here for years. The staff is wonderful, and I have never had any problems. They work really hard and have great attitudes. Also, some really good deals on GoodRX through this pharmacy.

Terrible. Used to be great, lived in the area for 30 years. Last 5 or so it has gone downhill. Put in special requests 3x's, they take my number to call when it comes in, never ordered. Have gone elsewhere for that. Recently had an Rx transferred from another Safeway pharmacy. This one filled it. Now they have no record of it. How does that even happen? Have to get my Dr. involved again, meanwhile I'm without my meds now. Dangerous.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for years I don't know if it is a new pharmacist or what but they never have the scripts ready. You always have to wait hours or days. It was never like this a few years ago. Something changed at this location I am changing to Monument Co. Safeway.
