Jill was amazing! She helped us with everything. We felt like we had our very own personal shopper. Highly recommend this store! Be sure to ask for Jill.

Sew-ciety was a WONDERFUL experience!! We met these lovely ladies at the quilt festival, and they were so kind and helpful. They even went out of their way to pick up something specific we needed for our longarm machine! We talked with them and they gave us so much useful information about our handiquilter, our trip to the quilt festival was worth it because we found this hidden gem of a quilt shop♥️ we will DEFINITELY be coming back here next time!!!

Spent 15 min in the shop but nobody asked if i was looking for something or if they could help. This attitude seems to be the norm from what i read in the other reviews. Not a welcoming or friendly place at all.

The staff is lovely. Wide array of quality quilting fabrics from well known brands and designers. They have one of the broadest selections that I've seen in the area.

I’m definitely not one to post anything about a place until now, I dropped off a sewing machine to be fix and was told 2-5 weeks and an estimated of a $142, I have such a busy schedule that I wasn’t able to pick up the sewing machine after they had called stating that it was unable to be fix, and it took many try’s to even get them to say what the problem was. I told them about when I could pick it up when they called multiple time during the week with a rude and unprofessional tone that didn’t seem like I was even worth their time. Today March 30, 2022 I pick up my sewing machine and pay $30 for nothing, and I’m very upset about this because I spoke with a lady upon dropping the machine off and I quote “if the machine is unable to be fix we won’t work on it.” No where in there did they say $30 dollars would be a fee to remove 2 panel screws and give me some unprofessional calls just to look at it. Not mad about $30 justreally disappointed in this sewing establishment that I’ll never return to.

I went to Sew Ciety looking for some fabric and batting for my first quilting project. They had a great selection and lots of small discounted fabric pieces. The shop was surprisingly large and busy. But I found what I needed and was helped quickly at the cutting table and register. Note for new customers: driving down to the lower level saves you a bit of walking.

Found then during COVID 2020 shop hop. Didn't spend much time there, had to get to Colorado springs to finish hop but thought it was a nice store with a nice selection of fabric.Went back recently to get material for our annual sisters quilt. Very helpful staff, trying to help the three of us find what we were looking for.Not the closest store but worth the trip.

I went there to get an old serger fixed. He couldn't fix it. So I picked it up and paid the $30 to look it over. Due to COVID-19 I asked one of the young ladies bring it to my car. It was missing a piece so she went back in to get it. Yesterday, I went to see if I could change the cover plate to see if that was the problem but the pressure foot and attachment which was on the machine when I dropped it off was missing. I called them this morning to see if just by chance they still had it and the workers were RUDE!!! And said, "what do you want me to do about it? And, "don't you have another foot to use?" At least look and even if I did, the attachment for the arm is missing too!!! It had been a while so I can understand it not being there or her not seeing it but being rude is not called for. And I know I left it with the machine because one of the workers and I were trying to get it to run BEFORE I turned it in to get serviced. If you ever choose to use this place to service you equipment MAKE SURE that you take a picture of your machine or have a itemized form signed by them with the name of the parts that can be removed. And when you pick up make sure all the parts are there. I was in a rush, I didn't fully check the machine when I picked it up so shame on me but for being RUDE, SHAME ON THEM!!!There are other dealers in the area who sell Pfaffs and have service technicians for your machines like Rocky Mountain Sewing and Above and Beyond. I would highly suggest going to them because at least they treat you with kindness.

A few years ago I found this most wonderful and amazing store. They carry both Viking & Pfaff sewing machines and the ability to work on them when needed. I bought a beautiful machine that also has embroidery capability and spent three days with fabulous classes learning to use the machine. I have not been able to go back to the store because I live six hours away , but hope to in the future. The people who own and work the store Are passionate and knowledgeable about all things sewing.?They have all the supplies and all types of classes so you can continue learning whatever your interest may be. and now they are doing things online so that you can continue learning and participating. 8/2020
