Great experience spending over $7,000 for a bed. Been sleeping on a Sleep Number bed for the past 18 years, hope I live another 18 years on this bed. Great staff, Jean was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Dishonest - charged my credit card more than $1,000 over the price they said they would. Store staff said they would "take care of this as soon as possible and give [me] the quoted price." Then refused to take care of it. After a week of being in a never-ending call loop, I finally had to just dispute with my credit card company. Do not trust these salespeople.

I would not recommend a sleep number bed. It's a glorified air-mattress! Wayyy to much money for something that is way over hyped. I wish I would have done more research before I got one, it's not even paid off and I'm already thinking about getting a different bed. I have never tossed and turned as much or woke up with more back pain than I have with my sleep number bed.

I had a great experience In the store. Mo did a great job, I give her a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. But for the life of me, I cannot fathom why it takes so long ( in my case 4 months) for a national brand to deliver the product in a reasonable amount of time.The last time I was about to buy your bed It was 2012. Canceled it because of lead time for delivery. You would think this problem would have been solved by now. I am sure I am not the only person that feels this way. So I have one question for CEO. DO YOU CARE ? If you do fix it.
