The wait was way longer than quoted, even after checking in. Then the staff said they skipped us 3 times because we left - but we never actually left. Then all the ladies just talk to each other instead of helping customers. Then she cut my son's hair way too short. I usually have an "okay" experience here, but today was extremely awful. I will never come back. I'm horrified by the customer service.

The haircut was good but toke 1 hour to get to a chair and toke 45 minutes for the actual haircut

Having had a haircut since a kid, but not only was Lydia engaged in good convo. She made my experience pretty awesome. Will definitely be back asap ☺️

Got on the wait list, it said 25 min. I get to the store early, check in. After an additional 70 mins from my “approx. time”, I left. I need a barber that respects my schedule.

Jenn did an awesome job on my cut! I brought reference pics and she took her time making sure it was exactly what I wanted!

I got a perm at a different salon a week before going here. I asked for the top to just be trimmed a bit. The lady proceeded to cut my hair so short and uneven that it had no curl left it in it and I had to leave and go to a different location to get it fixed after nearly having a panic attack. Never once in over a year have I had an issue getting a perm trimmed anywhere other than sport clips. Absolutely gutted because the next day I was supposed to get pictures done as well as do a video call for United Airlines and have to be left out of them because of how uneven and bad my hair looks. Below is the before and what I was left with. Who the hell trains these people

I've had my hair cut at this store for over ten years and had a favorite stylist. but, a couple of months ago I discovered that my favorite stylist and several others were no longer working at the Allen street location. I haven't been back and to be honest the other stylists that were working there were totally unacceptable so I will probable not return to the Allen streel location.By unacceptable; I didn't understand why a salon would employ people (and, I use the term people loosely). i.e., weird Chartreuse hair color, body piercings in odd locations, clothing that appeared to come from a painters rag bag among other observations. The one stylist I liked didn't display any of those weird traits. How can I find out where Angela went?

Absolutely awful waitlist system. You better break a sweat checking in the second it opens online or you're waiting 3 hours for an overpriced $10 haircut.

Heather is an extraordinary, wow, amazing hairstylist! I took my son to get a haircut and showed her a picture, she went above and beyond of what I expected! My son and I were both so happy with his haircut. Heather is by far the best! Thank you Heather!

I went to various Sport Clips locations for about 15 years. While Sport Clips hires mostly cosmetologists not barbers, they specialize in men’s cuts so you usually will still get a great fade plus a consistent relaxing experience with their MVP cut.Sport Clips are franchises so the stores vary a lot and this location consistently has the longest wait times of any store I’ve been to (which is a testament to the demand). Lauren and Lindsay have cut my hair and are both great.I hate to leave less than 5 stars but there are two reasons why:1. This is the ONLY Sport Clips location I’ve ever been to that doesn’t offer a military discount, and I’ve been to approximately 20-30, including two other locations owned by the same people. Veterans aren’t entitled to discounts but we usually return to and recommend places that offer them, so it’s strange that Glendale and Evergreen stores offer this but Castle Rock (which is closer to Fort Carson) doesn’t.2. No appointments combined with a flawed online check-in system. Sport Clips in general doesn’t do appointments, which really detracts from an otherwise premium experience. If you request a specific person and the system tells you to arrive at 12:30, you may show up at 12:25 but they finished their last cut early and had to take the next person in line who signed up for first available, then your wait time jumps from 5 minutes to 35 minutes. If you are trying to get a haircut in a 1-2 hour window this can really mess things up.Unsolicited advice: create a VIP Club where you prepay for cuts but can have actual appointments.

I’ve been frequenting this location since I moved to Castle Rock almost 7 years ago. The majority of the cuts I’ve had there have been pretty standard experiences - decent stylist, decent cut, nothing special. However, the last appointment about a week ago was great. The stylist’s name was Laura and she was perfect - did exactly what I asked for the cut (a rarer occurrence than you might think), was very engaging socially, and ensured that I was legitimately happy with my experience rather than rushing me out and jumping to the next customer. When I make my appointments on the app, I’ve never before requested a specific stylist and just went with the first available. But from now on, I’ll know who to choose.

Claudia cut my sons hair and also cut mine. I haven’t left Sport Clips feeling that good in a long time! She took the time to hear the hair cut I wanted and executed it flawlessly. Also my sons hair cut was shaped and blended nicely. I hope she stays for a long time and I will certainly go more often now that she is working!

One of the busiest Sports Clips in the country for a reason..... high quality haircuts, and with online checkin, a manageable wait.

Loved the hospitality from the workers Def would recommend getting your kids haircut here. We are from out of state and was worried about where to get our kids haircut.

ABSOLUTELY appalled by the behavior I witnessed today. My brother has cerebral palsy and we brought him in for a haircut. It said the stylist would be ready by 1:40. We were there at 1:30. No one greeted my mom or asked for my brothers name at all. Other customers came in and were greeted and their names were asked. The stylists were clearly taking other people instead of him and were taking as long as possible to clean their stations in order to not have to cut his hair. This kind of behavior in our day and age is UNACCEPTABLE. Think about how you treat people. After waiting for over 45 mins we left. The fact that they never even greeted or asked for his name even though it was on the board and it was his time.
