Would not recommend. Stacie does good work , but talks poorly about her clients behind their back, very unprofessional. The salon could be cleaner, but there is probably worse out there. She cancels on you the same day, rescheduling on her terms. Cash only! And, be ready to get an earful of political discussions, and conspiracy theories while you are having your nails done. She also fires you in a wink, and shared with me several times how she likes to do that. Her way or the highway! I walked out on her at the beginning of my last appointment since she decided she wouldn't want to speak to me that day after canceling on me the day prior, and offering me a shorter time slot. She likes to refer customers she doesn't want to take on to Vicky here in town. Again, talking poorly about Vicky and her work as well. Very sad. My recommendation, find someone else!

I called to check prices and after I asked my question, I was told she is not accepting new clients and never offered me pricing. If her website would have indicated she isn't open for new clients, we, 3 of us trying to get pediatrics, would not have called.

I was pleasantly surprised with my first trip here. While the ambiance is nothing special, I felt they took their time on my pedicure and were meticulous on the details. I will be coming back!

Horrible. They are ill equipped. They used Walmart nail files and finger nail clippers. The dip manicure was the worst ever. It was cracking two days after. I should have walked out.

This is easily my worst experience at a Castle Rock nail salon. I had a 5 o'clock appointment and it took fifteen minutes for us to get started. Overall, it took nearly two hours for a short dip set and the nails aren't even an even length on both of my hands. I got cut multiple times and the lady originally doing my nails stopped in the middle to go get up and talk to another customer. About 20 minutes later, she switched to another lady who took an additional 45 minutes to do my nails. At the end of it, they charged me $70 dollars and not even a week later one of them broke completely in half while I was sleeping. Very dissatisfied, people weren't that nice either.

She cut me in 4 places from her aggressive nail filling. They don't have a drill. It took forever and I wanted to cry from the pain.

This nail salon stands out from other typical experiences because of their customer service. Judy operates this business with grace and kindness. I love that there isn't much chitter chatter, it is organized and on schedule, and it includes a nice massage at the end. Prices are relative for the area and they have a rewards system. Each nail tech takes pride in their work. It feels very clean.

My friend and I went here for pedicures to celebrate our birthdays. Both of us left saying they were the best pedicures we've ever had! So many extra elements that we've never had in a pedicure before, including a hot stone massage and a shoulder rub at the end! All of the ladies were so kind and welcoming as well. A very clean and relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!

This place is great! I've come 2 weeks in a row. First to get my nails done and then for a pedicure. My nails turned out great and they even opened 30 minutes early to accommodate my sister and I since they had a large party coming in. Then I called on Christmas Eve around 2pm to get 2 pedicures. The lady stayed open and told us to come on in. She was the only employee there, so rotated between the 2 of us and still gave us the best pedicures! I will absolutely be back!

I've been seeing Stacie for over 4 years now and never once have I been disappointed in anything. Her quality of work has always been consistent and so has her professional demeanor. It will be a very sad day on Earth when this woman retires.

The Nail Cove is the premier nail salon not only in Castle Rock but in all of Douglas County. Stacie is meticulous and professional. During this horrible pandemic I was completely confident in Stacie’s protocols for keeping all of us safe. Her business is the first place to which I returned after quarantining. Her prior high standards of cleanliness have been even more elevated and I feel very protected. To the previous reviewer who gave only one star-I’m sorry that at this time you were unable to be seen by Stacie but at this very chaotic time she is protecting those of us who have been clients for over a decade. I’m sorry you were unable to grasp that. For those of us who love you I can only say thank you, Stacie!!

Stacie is the absolute BEST in the business... hands down. I get compliments all the time on my nails. I would not go anywhere else and I’m so very thankful she is following all of the Covid guidelines to keep us healthy and get beautiful nails!

Stacie is amazing. She is a master at her craft and it shows. She has taken all precautions to make sure her clientele feel safe and healthy. I would not trust anyone else with my nails.
