We have used this storage facility for almost 2 years. Beth, the manager is so amazing. She treated us like family and she was so kind and accommodating. All of the staff were always so helpful and professional. I highly recommend this storage facility. We were so happy here!

I rent trucks for my business weekly and this is the only location I trust for always having the BEST customer service and availability! The staff and site manager have always been outstanding. Their customer service is second to none. The location is always clean easily accessible. Beth has gone out of her way to accommodate me and my scheduling needs. I was in a bind and no other company was willing to help me in the short amount of time that I required and after calling Beth I was able to secure a site without having to change the schedule with my movers and transporters. So yes they are amazing and super fantastic

I want to give a shout out to Beth and the boys down at Castle ROCK Self STORAGE. I have a sister who needs a lung transplant. She had to move out of her place on a last minute notice and I was in a bind to figure out what to do with her belongings. I called Beth and told her what was going on and she told me she would see what she could do. A couple hours later Beth called me back and had a couple of rental units for me, a U-HAUL TRUCK, blankets, boxes, bubble wrap and a dolly. I went down there and they had my paper work ready to go and be signed and my truck ready. A couple of friends helped me get my sister's belongings loaded up and when I got back to castlerock self storage the boys came out and helped me unload the truck and organize it into the the two units since I was short handed. I take care of my 81 year old mother so spare time is hard to find. I could not of done this without Beth and THE BOYS HELP. I thank all of you from the bottom of my HEART, you will always be in my prayers and my thoughts. GOD BLESS THE THREE OF YOU! SINCERELY, DALE. JESUS CHRIST FOREVER! ?????

I absolutely love castle rock self storage been a customer for 8 years and in those 8 years I have run into different scenarios and they are always there for me excellent customer service they go above and beyond need some where to store your belongings or just need a truck rental they are the place to go you won't be disappointed Beth is the current manager on site and she is a rock star she will address any issue you have thanks for listening and have a wonderful day

This isn't a real U-Haul. For this reason, they do not accept returns of unused boxes, and their prices are higher than a real U-Haul. You should actively avoid using this business for this reason. It's really just a storage facility, that sells a few U-Haul products.My conversation with the sales person went like this. I mentioned that I would return my unused boxes, and the salesperson said that they didn't accept returns, and was doubtful that any other location did either.Okay, folks. It's actually printed on the side of the box. How can you be in the U-Haul business and not know that?I did return unused boxes to the U-Haul on Gilbert. That's when I discovered that this location is overcharging. The Kellogg location charged me $12 per box for large picture boxes. The price at the Gilbert location was $8 for the same box.Again, actively avoid this business. They might be a good storage facility, but U-Haul? Not so much.

I am a Castle Rock resident since 2000. My lease had ended in 12/19 & I needed to store my belongings until I could find a new place to live. Self Storage had always been close to me, so I stopped in & told the office my situation. They gave me a fair deal, were professional & very friendly, so I was pleased I made the right decision. It was a huge chunck of my stress eliminated from my life, thanks to them. The beginning of this year, 2023, I met the Resident Manager to discuss a new lease & what a breath of fresh air she was. I told her my story which was completely upside down, as I've been waiting to be added to the national transplant list & a slew of other horrible events I was dealing with. She listened to my every word & kept me at the same rent amount, rather than lose me to another local storage company. It can't even describe what a huge weight it was lifted from my life. I could never thank her enough. I may not even make it to my transplant surgery but that gesture was the nicest thing anyone had done for me in years & I appreciate it more than she realizes or words can say. I'm so thankful I found Self Storage back in 2019 & am glad I'm still there in 2023. They truly take care of & work with their customers & I would highly recomment them to anyone needing storage services. Thank you.

I have used them twice in the last 30 days for a UHaul rental. Our first experience, which was during the week, was great. Super helpful and professional. However this past weekend was AWFUL...just AWFUL. The weekend staff was RUDE, UNRESPONSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! What a difference! Hope the owners understand what horrible employees they have working on the weekends versus their staff during the week.

**UHAUL TRUCK RENTERS BEWARE. IF YOU WANT TO READ REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR UHAUL SERVICE, THEY HAVE ANOTHER GOOGLE PAGE FOR JUST THE UHAUL SERVICE CENTER. YOU’LL READ TONS OF HORRIBLE REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR TRUCK RENTAL SYSTEM!!**6 hours before our reserved truck pick up time, we got a call from Debbie stating our truck from the previous renter was extended and is not here for us to pick up.Ok. Fine. So help us out?No.She tells us we need to wait til tomorrow to see if there is even trucks being returned for us to take, or call uhaul and figure out another solution.When asked if she is willing to help us out since we are MOVING, have MOVERS in place and need the truck at the reserved time, she proceeds to yell at me about how it is people like me that don’t understand the situation and give her a hard time and hangs up the phone.Debbie, claims she doesn’t work FOR uhaul but WITH uhaul, but sure does blame everything ON uhaul, as if she works for them, huh? Odd.If it is indeed a separate business and you work alongside uhaul and not for them, shouldnt that be more of an incentive to help a customer out that you left hanging?Initially the reservation was made through YOUR business, making this YOUR business. But when an inconvenience pops up, it’s easier for Debbie to blame Uhaul and have the customers pick up her garbage.It seems Debbie absolutely exploits this system. Because customers are desperate, like me, they will figure a solution out on their own even if Debbie isnt willing to help out. Even if the trucks she guaranteed a reservation for doesnt come in on time, she just has to say she has no control or responsibility over the matter and let the customer go through hoops and loops with uhaul headquarters. And once the customer finds another reservation going through hoops and loops on their own, on their moving day, the reservation gets moved and disappears out of Debbie’s life.Easy solution without having to put in any extra effort on Debbie’s end.Seriously. Dont rent here. Go down a little further south on Gilbert st. There are young men way nicer, more informed who will help you out a galaxy further than what Debbie will do.**reservation was under different name than the name of reviewer, just in case they spew the “we don’t see your name under our reservation” response. Our horrible experience was indeed at 11 Kellog ct. Castle Rock. **
