Very expensive. I could order everything I needed on Amazon for so much less. Plus, I had employees reminding me repeatedly that they were closing in 10 minutes. So rude.

My daughter and I used to love this location. She could test all of the perfumes. They now lock them all away which makes it a pain to actually shop and test them. Bad change and not a fan

I was not impressed by the experience I had here on Saturday afternoon. My friend and I were not greeted by anyone (another customer even said the same thing after they walked in). I saw two employees standing around talking to each other and not acknowledging any customers. I was there for 2 hours and not approached by any employees. What REALLY bothered me was waiting in the fragrance department staring at the fragrance I wanted while 2 employees helped 1 guy. I waited patiently staring at the case while they talked to him and opened multiple cabinets but ended up having to go ask the girl at the front desk if she could help and was sent back to the department to have one of the 2 girls there open up the cabinet for me. She was short with me, seemed annoyed, and didn't provide any attempt at customer service. I usually go to the Ulta off Yale and I25, where the staff have consistently been enthusiastic, warm, helpful, and definitely encouraged me to buy other products based on my needs (they asked). I'm writing this review days later after having time to soak in the experience I had at this particular Ulta in Castle Rock and I am just left with distaste and disappointment in the experience.

Always a clean and stocked store. Checkout can be rough as there is very little room to get around people who are at the registers already. Can always find sales as well.

Gigi rocks. I needed a concealer and have zero experience with it. Gigi helped me find one that fit my needs and was super nice and friendly throughout the whole process. 10/10 would come back to this Ulta just for Gigi.

Kudos to Gigi for being an amazing help! My mother and I were trying to find specific brands/colors of makeup, and she really went the extra mile to assist us. 100/100 customer service. <3 Will definitely be going back.

Rowan was awesome. I was nervous about coming in based on some reviews but my experience was nothing but positive. I was overwhelmed and needed a color match as well. Rowan helped me try colors and was very patient and incredibly kind given that I had no idea what I needed given my changing complexion. I heard other snarky customers who seemed very entitled. I think everyone needs to remember grace and patience

I've been coming to this Ulta for 5 years and the employees are some of the rudest customer service workers in town. Every time i come in i feel like I'm being profiled in some way shape or form. And I've been a diamond member for a long time i spend hundreds of dollars almost every time i come in yet I'm treated like I'm not supposed to be there. And I'm always friendly with the staff and never even complain about the rudeness but i think something in this store needs a serious attitude adjustment and how they treat their customers. I also am a fellow retail worker and i do not believe i deserve this treatment when I've done absolutely nothing to these employees.

If I could leave a zero I would! Worst customer service EVER! The manger was so rude and the most disrespectful unprofessional person I’ve ever seen. She would not stand behind Ulta’s customer satisfaction policy until I had to go above her and contact the actual Ulta beauty store GM. All for a botched hair service! I went in with blonde hair and came out with grey brunette hair . I asked for bright blonde balayage and left a brunette. The manager talked to me so horribly I was in shock. Absolutely unprofessional! Do not go to master stylist or anyone at castle rock salon!!!

This was my first time in an Ulta here since moving from out of state.Unfortunately, I was never once greeted, nor even asked if I needed help finding anything despite the fact that I was walking around aimlessly as I didn't know where anything was.Once I got to the register, there were 3 employees there talking, and one of them had to ask the other to ring me out. The employee who checked me out seemed bothered and annoyed when I asked her a question. And she couldn't walk away from me fast enough at then end of my transaction.Awesome experience! ??
