I usually go to the USPS store down the road in castle pines but it was closed on Sunday so I decided to give the UPS store a try. Let me say I was impressed. I’ve never even written a review but I was knocked out of the water with their customer service. Especially Lena, she had a bright smile on her face greeting people even when some of them were being difficult… I will definitely be returning soon. Would Recommend.

My husband and I went to send a gift out that was fragile and it was busy but the line moved quickly and the employees were very friendly. We were helped by an employee named Jared and he was extremely friendly and efficient and helped answer all of our questions! He also made sure to handle our package delicately which I appreciated.

Terrible experience / customer service. All I needed was a 10 inch piece of tape to keep an 8” box closed for a shipment back to Amazon. They actually had the nerve to tell me that they charge $1.50 to put a piece of tape on an 8” box. Absolutely ridiculous policy. Cheap, pathetic ownership. FedEx would never do this. I am now a FedEx customer for life.

Ridiculous place. Charged $10 to pickup a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house! I didn’t want package to be delivered to their store in the first place. Called store when I was notified of package location and asked if I could pick it up when I got back in town. They said sure- never notified me of ANY CHARGE! When I got to store they held package ransom until I paid their “fee”!

Lena and Harrison did such an amazing job on Sunday, the store was packed with a huge line but they were extremely kind and helpful with anything we needed. I love this store and will definitely be coming back to this location over any in the future.

Staff is grumpy, uncommunicative, not helpful. Seems like a management issue as I've experienced this with multiple employees. I would rather drive to Castle Pines and give my business to their competitor.

Mike (I’m assuming manager) is extremely rude. He gets very flustered and angry if there’s even a few people in line. I’d ship from anywhere else.
