We used the ATM at this branch and $400 was removed from our bank account while no funds were dispensed from the ATM machine. US Bank did not provide any assistance to us so we’re out of funds until our personal bank is able to investigate and confirm.

Extremely positive experience with this branch. Highly recommend taking to Dan as he is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step and question I had. 10/10.

Mobile banking continues to decline check deposits as duplicate. Typically bring them to your branch to deposit when this error occurs. Branches are either closed or open short hours due to COVID. Some people can't get to your branch during reduced hours due to your mobile banking not working. Please fix. No issues when depositing to my other bank.

There is no US Bank at this location just some private field. The bank is back in the King Soopers. Which is never open anymore!! It was a very convenient place. Not anymore!

The best US Bank branch in Castle Rock. They will find you the product or answer you are looking for. The bank staff is always courteous and professional.

I did not take the money out of the dispenser quick enough - and it went back into the machine. They replied to my dispute that there was no error. Liars.

I can't say enough good things about these guys at US Bank. They always know your name (like Cheers), they are extremely helpful and courteous staff. Generally very knowledgeable about their product offering. Thanks guys!
