Horrible location. Simply go to another bank. I have had five bad experiences in a row. Needed business help, no one available and will have to come back "in a few days." Who has a banking issue and can wait "a few days"? Needed a wire before the cut off. Told to come back later, maybe tomorrow because we need a manager for that. Went to a different branch and told that's a lie and they sent it. Today I had to use this branch, only one open @ 9:00 and they lost the wire. Lost it? How do you lose it? DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!

Terrible bank. Not the employees fault, they aren’t staffed and have no help. We have banked with US Bank for our business since 2014 and have never wanted to switch banks until now, just so I don’t have to deal with this branch. Over the 3 years I have been coming here, there is usually only 1 drive thur teller open. A line and wait no matter if you go in or out. To make a simple deposit, I wait up to 20-30 minutes sometimes, and have waited longer which is just ridiculous. Over it!

Chris provided me with superb service following up until my issue was resolved. She helped fix an error that was caused by our title company. She kept me updated throughout the process. I so appreciate everything she did going above and beyond to help.

I've been banking with U.S. bank for at least 2 decades and I have to call out one employee. Miss Deliah Bruce is amazing! She has been super attentive to my banking needs and clearly has gone out of her way to make sure that I'm taken care of whenever I walk into this branch. Attentive, Friendly and just an awesome person to deal with, especially when it comes to your personal finances. Thank You for Miss Deliah's personal attention.

I've banked with US Bank for more than a decade. Always had great experiences. I've taken out multiple loans, including business, auto and personal. I have multiple lines of credit and accounts. I've never had any reason to complain. Their people are always helpful, engaged, knowlegeable and polite. And US Banks' multiple branches throughout the West make it easy to get service virtually anywhere.

Local car dealer went to help a customer payoff their lease, as we have done hundreds of times. The quote was TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS HIGHER FOR THE DEALER TO BUY IT!!!!. Very very amazing and uncool for a bank to do this. So now, it will cost him $3300 in sales tax that any normal lease customer would not have to pay selling to a dealership. WTH

Emmett was so disrespectful. I asked to speak to someone else and he threatened to send me to the 24 hour line where I would have to wait a long time to get my issue resolved. And now when I try to call that branch my call won't go through like they blocked my number! Really sad

Do not open an account here. This is the worst branch in Castle Rock and seems to be the only one they are keeping open and closing the better ones. I went to the branch in King Soopers and they told me I cant open an account there because they are closing and I need to go to the main one. I walk in the this branch and no customers are there and three employees are sitting there not helping anyone. I am told I can't open an account because I need an appointment and none are available today. Seriously they would rather sit there and do noting then help me. I already have 4 accounts there that I need to move to another bank that is more helpful..

US Bank closed the one branch in Castle Rock that was actually good, the one in King Soopers on Ridge Road. Those people cared and did their best to help. This branch is a joke, I've never been able to accomplish what I need via a person, and now I can't even count on the ATM. About a month ago, I needed to withdraw a decent amount, and when I went in (the one teller working) told me it would take 30 minutes to help me and I should use the ATM which had about 7-8 cars lined up to it. So I went to the branch by the Outlets and was proceeded to be judged by the manager for what I wanted to purchase with MY MONEY, but at least I got my money. However I went to use the ATM tonight at the stand alone branch and could only make a deposit??

Worst bank I’ve ever banked with! Never open. Always a problem with whatever it is you need to do. With the COVID thing while most places are now open US Bank is still closed. They don’t link your business account with the same card for all my other accounts so I can’t use the atm to deposit but their branches are always closed. All of them. Makes it very hard to deposite.The phone number to find an open branch takes forever with tons of voice prompts to only tell you the high volume story and the 30 minute wait. The online info is ALWAYS incorrect! Their promises are never kept. I can go on and on. With their promised deals about good rates, well good luck with that. I have perfect credit, large balances and low debt to income, they will have an excuse why it takes them 5 weeks to only be willing to loan less for higher credit. Got the loan in a week from a different bank I wasn’t even part of.The folks at the branches are pretty good for the most part but the rest of US Bank to say terrible is an understatement. Not to mention their fees are terrible if you don’t maintain high balances. If you go below their high balance requirement once within a 24 hour period they charge something like $18. THIS IS WITH ANY ACCOUNT! Unbelievable!One branch will do notary super easy while a branch 5 blocks away wants a million questions answered. Another deposited a 30k check to call me 20 minutes later and say they won’t deposit because my first name was shortened to my nick name which is on the card! 20 minutes after I left. I went back, got the check went to a store branch I’ve never used before and deposited the check no problem. 1 time they wanted to run my credit BEFORE they’d TELL me a rate for comparison purposes. I said for them to base it on perfect credit and it was for comparison only as I didn’t want a soft hit as there always seems to be a bait and switch tactic with US Bank.My bad as I’ve been too lazy to change my bank as it’s such a hassle. Today I’m changing.
