The United States Postal Service is committed to providing reliable delivery to every address. While many reviews note significant challenges, experiences vary widely by location. A common complaint is that post offices are frequently understaffed, leading to consistently long lines. The customer service phone line is also described as severely lacking, with automated prompts that can hang up on customers. Some outdoor mail collection boxes are reported as being so full that mail may not fit securely. However, many reviews highlight positive interactions with individual postal workers, who are consistently described as courteous, competent, kind, friendly, dependable, professional, and extremely helpful. Specific carriers receive high praise for their service. Some customers report very short wait times and great, helpful service at their local branches. Employees are acknowledged for doing a great job with the resources they have, answering phones, providing helpful documentation like delivery photos, and assisting with resolving mail issues. The overall impression is one of a vital service where dedicated employees provide good service despite systemic constraints.
Worst post office lines every time I have been there. Get some actual staffing as Case Rock is growing.

Something that should be simple here is a nightmare. Lost packages & mail galore. I've lived in 7 different states and never experienced anywhere close to such an incompetent mail delivery team.
