Never answers the main line, Post Master email is un-deliverable. Thought the post office would be more on top of things!... They dont even deliver to the house for larger packages. Wish they could step it up a little more!
Update: Over a year later and USPS is still horrible for service. Our route driver doesn’t even stop to deliver packages now. We have a camera on the main entrance and they pause and continue. We are left with failed attempts and have to pick up our packages. The driver is incompetent and extremely lazy!!!! There’s no hope.
Update 2: My father passed last Nov to Parkinson's. He donated his body to science. Once the program completed, they cremate the body and send them to you via USPS. The box required a signature, however our mailman thought it would be fine to just throw him in the mailbox. We even tried waiting for the mailman to show up to receive his remains. We Could not believe the audacity and total disregard for a person the USPS has. My father was also a war veteran.

Give u unhelpful po box info even when its not busy to get u to leave. Purchased a po box and rhey just said its our zipcode

In the past 6 months I have not received a single package correctly when delivered through the USPS. It's consistently put in the wrong box, every. Single. Time. I've called every time and they end up contacting the carrier to re deliver. It's ALWAYS in the same wrong box from the next street over. I've put a label in my box with my address, someone has even labeled the box on the outside to show which is which and they STILL get it wrong. This place must have some serious staffing issues. I feel bad because they don't get paid enough to care and it's very frustrating. I've never had any issues like this until I moved to Castle Rock. It has been ridiculous.

Something that should be simple here is a nightmare. Lost packages & mail galore. I've lived in 7 different states and never experienced anywhere close to such an incompetent mail delivery team.

It might be a good idea to update the google business address directions with the correct location considering it's been almost 2 and a half years since this location has been closed. The directions don't take you to the correct location.

they sent my package back making me lose $100 of stuff because they "assumed" no one lived there after we put a request in a long time ago for them to know we lived there.????

This post office is a damn joke!! I’ve lived several places across the country and have never dealt with such an inept USPS. Postmaster should be ashamed. Lost all my mail last summer I had put on vacation hold and now I have a delivery that supposedly delivered to my front door however there is nothing and my cameras captured nothing and I’ve been home all day. I’m going to do whatever it takes to get the IG to investigate this post office.

I wish there was a zero instead of one star. Watch the video of the black guy leaving the postal place and screaming obscenities at two guys filming in the parking lot! Has that clown gotten fired yet? Here's a photo of him screaming at the 2 guys in the parking lot.

First Google maps took me to the wrong location even though it's been at the new location for over 2 years. Then once I got to the correct location the line was practically out the door.
Also as a side note 95% of the mail I actually receive at my mailbox is for previous tenants and junk mail.

Words can't explain how much we appreciate Alex! I'm not sure where to begin because Alex really does go above and beyond with everything he does. He's always wearing a smile and so warm and welcoming. He really makes us excited when USPS shows up at our complex. He is such a large part of our community. People are constantly commenting on the affects Alex has on them. His personality can't be matched and his kindness can't be faked. He's one of a kind and we're grateful to have him.

Not sure a review matters because it’s the post office, but this place is pretty bad. Apathetic, rude employees and bad procedures. They’ve lost some packages of mine that have cost me some money. I’d avoid, if possible.
There’s always a massive line because these people simply just don’t care. But again, does this even matter? It’s the post office..and they know it.

I have a letter that needs a signature. Both times I was home, and both times they didn’t come knock and LIED and said we didn’t answer the door.
Can you just deliver my letter??
