I never write reviews but Katie was AMAZINGLY helpful. I’m a very indecisive person but she was very helpful and kind! I walked out with a pair of fun patterned shoes and a pair of classics! Def will be coming back for some back to school shoes for the kiddo!

They had everything I needed in stock, which was pretty cool. Katie is awesome, and has excellent customer service skills, and was able to answer all my questions.

There was a point where I could find some heat here, but either Vans stopped dropping fire (doubt it) or the buyers here don't profit enough off the rare gems to bring them in. I go to the outlets quarterly so I realize my timing may just not line up but it's disappointing to never find anything I like here.

So today I visited this vans store hoping to buy a pair of shoes and a backpack, I asked the employee Katie for help but she shooed me away as she was bad mouthing another employee. It was very unprofessional and I wont be returning to this location. Please keep your employees under control. Have a day.

The best part of the outlet vans store is the "sale" section .The prices are crazy buthe selection of vans you're not going to see everywhere is great. ....they do have the basic colors and patterns covered as well
