After making an appointment to port my phone number over from a prior provider, we were told a photo id of the primary account owner was necessary in order to do anything. That was not available at the time even though a copy of a driver's license and passport was provided. I asked for alternate methods to move forward and was told by Brian, the store manager, there are literally no options. He was incredibly condescending, sarcastic and threatening. He compared himself to what police require when driving. He threatened to add devices to our account that 'we would be responsible for financially'. Customer service skills are seriously lacking here and I would avoid this store at all costs.

This Verizon store has been the rudest and least helpful store we’ve ever been to. To set up new phones, you need to bring the account holder’s physical ID which we were unaware of and therefore only had a picture. We wasted our time coming down to the store only to be told this. When we were told this information, Bryan, the manager’s, “solution” was to add 4 more tablets to our account under an ID that we had on hand that we would be “financially responsible for” in order to proceed with setting up a new phone. I found the response absolutely unacceptable and condescending. If Verizon prides themselves in customer service, this store and its employees in particular show only the opposite of that.

This store has caused Verizon to lose us as customers. They increase our bill constantly and always have a terrible explanation. This time it was “your autopay discount decreased from 10 dollars to 5 dollars.” Check your bills because apparently this is a thing they are doing now! The manager at this store is an absolute joke. He could care less about customer service and is one of the least helpful associates I’ve ever encountered. Disgraceful!

This Verizon store is not customer friendly. We purchased a Verizon phone at Walmart and needed an old Verizon number transferred to the new phone. This store said the only way they would help us would be to return the new phone back to Walmart and come back and buy a phone from them. I am dropping Verizon and switching to Xfinity.

Would leave 0 stars if I could - awful customer service at this location. Employee Jace was very unprofessional and rude. Was told they have no direct contact number so I could call back after talking with my Verizon business rep on the situation and that they could not help my employee swap out a simple SIM card. very disappointed .

Verizon has the best coverage of the big three (which is probably due to the contracted construction crews that install their infrastructure, and less to do with Verizon themselves), however their in store personnel have < no clue what is going on with their own systems. The right hand can't touch the left and nothing is getting done with any urgency. Waited in the store (for the 5th time) over 30 minutes this last visit, being "one person in front" of me, and there were only two customers in the store. They've told me the last three times I was there that my issue was fixed yet I still must return for the same access problems. If it weren't for the coverage I would love to leave Verizon, but that's their wonderful little catch 22 that has you bound. One of the customers in the store today was canceling his lines , but was visually frustrated that he apparently couldn't even get them to do that...probably by design. So fed up with them but stuck it seems...

We have been in business for 14 years and have never had such a bad experience, as we did with Verizon business. They do not know what they are doing. Definitely a very stressful experience with no help, once you're signed up.

I visted the Verizon store last week for help upgrading a phone. The woman in front of me was clearly having a bad day and complained about everything from her phone not working to her husband's health conditions to the difficulty she had finding the store and coming through the roundabout. The young man who managed this customer relationship handeled it with incredible grace and excellent customer service. He was quick, kind, and responded to what he could help with (obviously he can't change the ingress!) to a customer who clearly couldn't have been made happy. I didn't catch his name, but he deserves a shoutout. my own expereince was also positive, but I wanted to review the interaction I witnessed more than my own. Wat to go to this Verizon in store team!

Don't go to this store if you own a business and value your time and sanity. Every single time we spoke to someone either at this store or by phone, we got different information. We went through one the business associates of course, who could barely help us simply get some new phones and transfer 1 line. Every bit of info was given peace meal, little bits at a time. This business associate I believe intentionally put services and plans on our account without our consent to gain commissions and now we are trying to remove them. They also requested an early transfer of my phone number from my old provider causing me to have no service at all while in the middle of a work day. I asked for their supervisor after I wasn't able to simply turn in a trade in and was sent to the customer service number and forced to speak to a supervisor that has NOTHING to do with this store! If you are going to have specific people for business accounts, TRAIN THEM first!
