“Dr Servi and Alysa are very good at physical therapy and helped my 7 year old Labrador Retriever recover from a second TPLO knee surgery. Duke healed up fine as the surgeons expected, but his use of the repaired leg was slow. The injured leg muscle had atrophied. They treated Duke with loving care and gave homework to get him back on track. After about 5 sessions he was stronger, and better able to use his leg. He can better resume daily dog activities as I had hoped. I felt fortunate to find and work with such great PT staff at ACC. Thank you”

“A Heartfelt Thank You to Dr. Rudolf and Plum Creek Veterinary Services Our sweet Labradoodle, Butters, was born on December 9, 2025, with severe congenital abnormalities. Throughout this journey, we have encountered veterinary providers who were uncomfortable treating Butters because her condition was so unusual. We were often made to feel as though she was a risk or a burden simply because her medical needs were complicated. It was heartbreaking. Then we found Plum Creek Veterinary Services. While staying with my daughter in Castle Rock, Butters developed a severe ear infection, extreme vertigo, nausea, vomiting, and yet another UTI. I was terrified because I didn't know where to turn. I called Plum Creek, and they were able to see her immediately. From the moment we walked through the door, everything was different. The staff welcomed Butters with kindness, affection, and compassion. Dr. Rudolf took the time to review her extensive medical history and truly listen to me. I was extremely worried about the cost of treatment because our finances had already been devastated by Butters' medical emergencies. Dr. Rudolf worked with us to make sure Butters could receive the care she needed. She treated Butters' ear infection, nausea, and pain and cared for her as though she had been her patient for years. The following day, Butters became worse. I drove back to the clinic without an appointment because I was so worried. Dr. Rudolf saw her right away. She didn't charge us for another examination. She wasn't focused on the money. She was focused on Butters. She sent us home with everything we needed to stabilize and care for her until we could return home and prepare for her surgery. That kindness meant more to us than I can possibly explain. Dr. Rudolf even asked us to keep her updated about Butters' surgery. That may seem like a small thing, but after everything we had experienced, knowing that someone genuinely cared about our girl meant the world to us. Butters is not just a dog to us. She is a miracle who has survived things that could have taken her life. She has helped me through some of my most difficult days, and she has brought comfort and hope to children who desperately needed it. And Dr. Rudolf saw that. She didn't see a complicated case. She didn't see a financial burden. She saw Butters. Although Plum Creek Veterinary Services is nearly three hours from our home, we have decided that Dr. Rudolf will be Butters' permanent veterinarian. That is how much trust she earned from us in such a short amount of time. To Dr. Rudolf and everyone at Plum Creek Veterinary Services: Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for treating Butters with dignity, compassion, patience, and love. Thank you for treating us with kindness during a time when we were scared, exhausted, and financially overwhelmed. Thank you for caring about her simply because she mattered. After seven incredibly difficult months, finding a veterinarian who treated Butters not as a problem to be managed, but as a precious life worth fighting for, was an incredible gift. We will never forget what you did for our family. Five stars does not feel like enough. With all our love and gratitude, Butters and her family”

“I’ve been taking my dog here for over a year and am so grateful for their careful attention and care. As an older dog, he’s had a variety of issues. Their staff is kind, caring and attentive. Their diagnosis spot on. He’s had a mass that we’ve been keeping an eye on and after discussing the situation with Dr. Martinez decided to remove it. Dr. Martinez removed the mass and a few moles while we were at it - the surgery was successful. Her incisions were almost invisible - so well done. She is top notch and we are so happy we found her and VCA. Their prices were reasonable as well which should be mentioned. Highly recommend them.”

“I have been coming to this Banfield for many years and feel compelled to offer a truly sincere and very heartfelt review for the most conscientious receptionist and customer service rep I ever knew, Sean, who has continuously been so caring and personable, kind, and pays so much attention to detail. Ever since he started here he’s called me AND my dog by name, always remembers me (and other clients I’ve noticed) he never fails to get me QUICK answers which is a rarity at Banfield. I feel as close to Sean as I do my favorite vet, Dr. Miller. Thank you.”
