Stacy in the pharmacy is mind numbingly RUDE!!!! How is she still working??? Wow! We work in a Hospital and I certainly will not recommend that our patients go to that location. Just horrible.

This staff deals with a thousands of prescriptions on a daily basis. For them to be able to get the volume of prescriptions completed that they do is amazing. The staff are all very kind, hard working, knowledgeable individuals doing the best they can with what is thrown at them daily. I appreciate each and every one of them and the work they do to provide the medications to their patients as soon as possible. Thank you for all you do!!

Fantastic experience here. Had no issues. Friendly and prompt customer service. The pharmacy tech took time to help me get a coupon on my meds and went out off her way to help me save money. I will be back!! Great job!

Walgreens used to be our go-to pharmacy, but service has become so poor we have to change. Our family has 12 prescriptions filled every 90 days plus the occasional antibiotics - literally thousands of dollars of medicines. Prescriptions that are needed on the same day are nearly impossible to get filled. The answer is always “we’re working on it” and will call you. I desperately needed an antibiotic that was called in at 1pm by my doctor. After checking in twice that day, 9pm came and went with no prescription filled. This morning was the same story. After telling me the medicine was being “worked on”, I checked 30 minutes later. They hadn’t started filling the prescription yet and said it would take another 45 minutes to an hour to complete! Stop lying to me! Walgreens obviously doesn’t care if they lose our business.

I’m kind of speechless. This pharmacy is awful. They never have my prescription on time. They either forget to refill it or it’s out of stock when I need it or they’re having other issues. I have to be coming in regularly every month multiple times a week because they can’t figure their shit out without me bothering them every couple of days. I’ve never had worse customer service. They all seem clueless and every person gives me different information when I come in. When I call them, they give me attitude and are not helpful at all . My description is simple as it gets. It’s birth control. So clearly when I am told that I can’t get it refilled every month it’s a huge deal because I can’t be skipping random days. But no one seems to care about this. I’ve spent hours trying to talk to them but nothing works. A huge waste of my time and I’ve had major issues cause I can’t even take my birth control consistently.

The pharmacy staff were excellent. Attentive, professional and kind. However, I went for an immunization and the little cubicle they take you into is filthy. I’m leaving a review hoping the management will read and direct whoever cleans their store to clean this area.

If you want to use a pharmacy that actually answers when you call, then you want to use this Walgreens! The CVS in Castle Rock is horrible. You can be on hold for over 45 mins or sometimes they never answer. When I call this Walgreens they typically answer in 5 mins or less. Also, this Walgreens has a drive thru whereas the CVS no longer does.

I've been going here a couple years and haven't had a negative experience. They have a drive-thru that's almost always open. Staff are friendly.

I am really surprised on the negative comments. Any and every time I've gone in there even when they're ridiculously busy in short staffed I feel like they are doing a great job. They have so many prescriptions to fill and sometimes they barely have three people back there working. Show a little Grace for the people that serve you, put yourself in their position for just a minute.

One of the few pharmacies in Castle Rock that are still open for late night pick-up's for prescriptions. Really appreciate the drive-thru option. So do fur babies!

Will never come back here again. Called ahead. Set an appointment. Still sat here for over an hour waiting for a flu shot. Absolutely ridiculous. Watched as others went ahead of me and had to go back up the the front again to remind them I'm still waiting. Oblivious. Never again. Will look to other pharmacies in the future.

Well, it’s Walgreens. But I do like the app and they call when your prescriptions are ready which I like.
