I've been going here a couple years and haven't had a negative experience. They have a drive-thru that's almost always open. Staff are friendly.

I am really surprised on the negative comments. Any and every time I've gone in there even when they're ridiculously busy in short staffed I feel like they are doing a great job. They have so many prescriptions to fill and sometimes they barely have three people back there working. Show a little Grace for the people that serve you, put yourself in their position for just a minute.

One of the few pharmacies in Castle Rock that are still open for late night pick-up's for prescriptions. Really appreciate the drive-thru option. So do fur babies!

Will never come back here again. Called ahead. Set an appointment. Still sat here for over an hour waiting for a flu shot. Absolutely ridiculous. Watched as others went ahead of me and had to go back up the the front again to remind them I'm still waiting. Oblivious. Never again. Will look to other pharmacies in the future.

Well, it’s Walgreens. But I do like the app and they call when your prescriptions are ready which I like.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS! THIS PLACE IS WORTHLESS! If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. This place has consistently let me down. I boycotted Walgreens because of this location. My 8 year old son was sick with a double ear infection AND strep throat and I was trying to get his antibiotics filled. IT TOOK THEM OVER 6 HOURS TO *TRY* to fill it. I called and spoke with one of the pharmacy techs to explain why I needed it filled sooner rather than later. Finally I got frustrated, after waiting SEVERAL HOURS, and went to SAFEWAY to get it filled and when I got there, Walgreens finally decided they were going to fill it, which prevented me from getting it filled at the Safeway that I'm standing at. I had to call Walgreens to CANCEL filling the prescription, and they proceeded to keep me on hold for OVER 30 minutes, and I STILL couldn't get my sons medicine filled because they had locked up the prescription order. Over an hour later, and I finally got my prescription filled AT SAFEWAY. After that, I boycotted Walgreens. Unfortunately, several months later, my son was sick so I took him to urgent care. They told me to get an at home COVID test. Safeway was sold out, so I was stuck with Walgreens. I CALLED AHEAD to make sure they had tests available, so I'm not leaving my sick child at home alone for nothing.....I get there, and wait in line at the pharmacy. They tell me it's on the shelf, and what do I see....NOTHING. They sold out of tests in the 5 minutes it took me to drive to the store??? I don't fucking think so. I don't know if it's a bunch of incompetent people or if they just genuinely don't give a shit? Save yourself from frustration and go somewhere else.

Why is the old lady at the register so rude? Told her didn't need a receipt and she scowled, ripped up the receipt angrily and gave me and my wife a dirty look.

Tina is Gorgeous! Tina always have a smile on her face plus she's very nice and friendly to me and her customers. Tina is very knowledgeable about All the store products. Tina deserves a Promotion and a Raise. Thanks Tina.

WARNING! Came here because we needed a couple things for our road trip and there was a incredibly rude older lady who checked us out. I understand some people have bad days but it's not an excuse for attitude .

Don't use this pharmacy. Just moved here and already had two bad experiences. Most recent: They are Disorganized with appointments. No one would acknowledge I made an appointment (for booster shot). I had to flag down a different worker because after standing in line, the first worker needed to "print it out" and helped another costumer and left me waiting again. Making the appointment time is useless because they have no connection to anything done online, or anything called in. Additionally the email appointment confirmation encourages filling out form online to "save time." No such thing and no connections to my online form. They had no idea and I filled out another physical form. The second worker could feel I was frustrated and actually followed through with helping me after I filled out the form, and didn't make me stand in the line again. Not a good experience.

Wasted a ton of my time: I called them beforehand to confirm they accepted people for walk-in COVID boosters, then got told I had to set up an appointment when I arrived. Look at the other reviews for this location and you will see others were given incorrect information as well, but for prescriptions.Train your staff.

Have to echo a lot of what others are noting from this pharmacy. In addition to being rude to customers, they are also exceptionally rude to healthcare providers. I dealt with a pharmacist today who really struggled to understand English. Having once lived in a foreign country, I am empathetic to this. However, he misunderstood the words I was saying and then accused me of not being a doctor because the prescription did not make sense. I tried to speak slowly and repeat myself but received hate and accusations. I've never had a pharmacist be so rude and I am concerned that someone with his limited language ability and aggressive anger is in charge of giving people their medicine. Shocking that Walgreen's is allowing him to be a liaison between healthcare providers and drugs. Hung up and called in the prescription to the Walgreen's on Allen with no problems.

Lazy, incompetent and lack the most basic qualifications needed to be a pharmacy. The fact that they don’t know how to refill a prescription is comical. Not sure exactly what it is that they do.

So I don't normally leave negative reviews but this one is necessary. I had a prescription that needed filled. When I called it in they said it wouldn't be ready to fill for three weeks. I usually get a three month supply so I thought maybe I misplaced a bottle. I tore my room apart looking for it. I ended up calling Medicaid ( they said I had to) I've never had to do this before at any pharmacy. I was told I had one time to get a replacement medication. After they filled a new supply for me I realized that it took three bottles not 2. Luckily I kept the last bottle and realized what happened. They only gave me two months! I could have seizures if I run out. They made me feel like I was stupid or overtook my pills. I went in to show them and she realized it was on them and gave me another months worth. She slammed it on the counter and said "Here you go". No apology no admission of guilt. Nothing. I know they are severely under staffed and working long hours but come on! I'm moving my business to king soopers. Next time they might give me the wrong pills and kill me!So store manager guy. You need to get them some help or they will end up killing some one!
