Very timely, professional, courteous, and make me fill like a person who they care for and not a number on the wall. They always as if I have any questions or concerns with the medications. During vaccination times they remind me of the availability at their location, I'm there often enough some of them can ever call me by name. I always fill good about my visit when Leave.

This is my favorite Walgreens in the area. First, they seem to have better prices than the others. Second, their employees are awesome, helpful, and kind. Leanne has often helped me check out — Jasmine takes an awesome passport photo - Kevin is managing everyone so efficiently when it’s busy - all of them are great, I just can’t remember everyone’s names. They always say hello and help me find what I need.

I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could. Never keeps stock on any of my medications, makes me wait 25+ min in the drive thru without even acknowledging me, and now they don’t bother even sending me notifications when my prescriptions ARE ready. Such a disappointing pharmacy, never been more pissed off. 0/10 don’t even bother.

Got a headache from being in here briefly. Feel bad for the workers there breathing in neurotoxic mold from the water damage all over the ceilings!!!

Not a good experience.
I had just gone to an urgent care down the street, they sent my prescription over to this location. Once I got back into my car after my appointment, I called Walgreens Pharmacy to ask when the prescriptions would be filled. They said they didn't receive them and to call back in 90-120 minutes.
Not too long after that call, the urgent care called with my results and I brought up this pharmacy says they don't have the prescriptions. The urgent care has receipts and confirmation that the pharmacy did receive them but this Walgreens was giving me bad information that they didn't have them yet.
Unfortunately it took awhile longer for them to be truthful about it. They didn't have Paxlovid on hand supposedly, said it would be $1500 without insurance and that it wouldn't ready until tomorrow. I didn't get the Paxlovid, they wanted to charge me for ordering it in, which I know is another straight up lie because I turned on prescription notifications and was told less than 2 hours later that it was ready for pickup. I didn't pick it up, just worth noting.
Furthermore, I used their drive-thru pharmacy window, I pressed the call button, and experienced ear shattering noise from their broken intercom system for 60 seconds. I already have sensitive hearing and that really hurt, genuinely. Why don't they make it taped off?? Or a note saying it doesn't work??? They also spelled my name wrong somehow within their own system, Nicolas. Come on, do better.
I would advise you go elsewhere.

If you’re looking for a place to contemplate life, finish a novel, or watch a cactus grow - look no further than THIS Walgreens pharmacy! I’m pretty sure they started sourcing the ingredients from scratch when I got in line. The sloths from Zootopia would be considered speed demons here.
I watched a man with a full head of hair go bald waiting for his medication. A woman ahead of me in line gave birth—twice. I’m pretty sure I saw a tumbleweed roll between cars as they idled indefinitely.
Don’t believe me? Just hop in the drive through line with your screaming kids in the backseat and you too will have the time to write a review just as long as this one while waiting.
Would I come back? Only if I’m trying to qualify for social security by the time I get my prescription filled…

Cashier was unwilling to provide me a bag I paid for and was unwilling to pack my items for me. She refused with a line behind me for no reason. Very confusing and honestly rude. I would advise to Not shop at this location. Customer service should always be a priority

After a HORRIBLE experience at the Walgreens in Greeley, Shannon at the Castle Rock location was fabulous. She was able to immediately see why my daughter’s seizure meds were being rejected by insurance. She solved the problem and got the meds ready within an hour. I am constantly impressed and grateful to this location for their kindness and extra steps.

Pharmacy staff is amazing!!! Been using this pharmacy for over 5 years and have never had bad experience with any of them!! The pharmacists and all the techs are very polite and helpful and resolve issues quickly and efficiently!!
