I put in a prescription and when I picked it up it was not the right prescription. Instead of the lady repeating my prescription back, which is what they usually do, she asked for my number and entered it incorrectly in which I never got my receipt. I went to return the, Unneeded meds and because she did not take the time to speak to me through her mask and didn't feel like dealing with me she entered the wrong number and I could not return them. Not sure why the customer service is such a nightmare at this Walgreens. Will definitely switch to Wilcox!!!

We had a very pleasant experience at this location yesterday with our vaccinations and purchasing items from the store. The pharmacy was very organized and treated us with professionalism during our entire visit. We both had appointments and I was surprised they were running on time. The cashier at the checkout stand for our store purchase was very friendly and helpful during the transaction. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

I've been visiting this Walgreens for 2.5 years and have never had a bad experience. I use the pharmacy on a monthly basis and have used the drive-up as well as in-store. The staff is hard working, pleasant and efficient. It has to be a thankless job as most people picking up prescriptions aren't in the best of moods, so I applaud and appreciate the staff for dealing with cranky people. You've always been pleasant and quick for me so thank you! Your hard work is appreciated.

Walgreens pharmacy covered me, when CVS dropped the ball! It took Walgreens 15 minutes to fill a prescription I have waited for three days, and stillisn't filled, to get from CVS. I will gladly give them a shot as my new pharmacy. It can't be worse than CVS. Keep up the good work Walgreens

This pharmacy shouldn't be able to label itself as a Walgreens. Took over a week to fill a simple birth control script, then called me to say I would need to drive 20 miles north to get my script because they couldn't fill it. Extremely frustrating to be treated this way when I need a time sensitive medication.

I've been a customer for years and cannot bring myself to go back in there after how I was treated by the pharmacy staff. I transferred my meds and my families meds to another pharmacy. Try being kind in an otherwise awful world. The anger you displayed is sad and what's worse is that it was not even warranted. I'm guessing you are a miserable person. Hurting people hurt people.

Scheduled an appointment for a Yellow Fever Vaccine and got it approved by them. Came in and they said they have never seen their store ever have it. Wasted 45 minutes of driving, lady said they probably tried to call me and tell me. However, they never attempted to reach out to me, update your website if you can't do what you offer...

Went back to return the bandages we didn't use. I did have the receipts marked and separated with the products. Gillmary was the manager on duty and she was patient. She was friendly and professional. Made the whole return process smooth. The associates at this store has been very friendly and I highly recommend the store. Lots of parking in the private parking lot.

I requested a prescription refill for my dog via their automated system and it wasn't ready when I got there. However the pharmacist requested a rush without being asked and it was ready within minutes. Very appreciated!

I submitted my prescription in person. They told me it would take four hours to fill. I went back home and they called and they said they could not fill my prescription because my insurance carrier was not covered with my doctor and he needed to carry their insurance. I said he's not going to do that just for me. I said I will pay out-of-pocket. They said no. I said that should be against the law. So I had to go back there and retrieve my prescription. I said you should have checked those things before I left. I will never go there again they were rude and nasty and it was very embarrassing

Pharmacy needs to get its act together. They left me at least 2 voicemails that my refilled prescription was ready. When I went in to pick it up, they told me it wasn't ready and I would have to wait for 2 hours. I was not able to wait because of plans I had and missed a dose as a result. First: I never authorized them to spam me with voicemails in the first place, and second: if they're going to be doing that, the least they could do is GET IT RIGHT!

Staff at the pharmacy are so unprofessional. Never once have I been here and have a good experience. Always slow, takes hours/days to get prescriptions filled and when you ask them why it takes so long they're so rude and defensive when making up stupid excuses.

Recently I've had to go to Wallgreens several times in the last couple of months and I must share that the manager and his employees have excellent customer service skills and I feel that they have a positive spirit and they are so friendly,caring,respectful and professional.
