So where's Danielle the manager. It is 12:49 now I came into the store at 12:20 grabbed my Benadryl need to do two returns The front register lady at the first register sitting in her chair couldn't do the return because it wouldn't scan on the receipt and she couldn't dial in the numbers luckily the young lady that was working in stocking the food so she's in photo was able to come over after an extended amount of time of sitting there waiting while other customers want to go but they can't cuz I'm still waiting she was able to get it to work on her computer still no Danielle where is Danielle the manager but luckily the other girl was able to get my receipt to go through at the other register and I was able to leave That's a long time to do anything at a Walgreens. This isn't the first time that I've been disgruntled coming to this location since I've moved Castle Rock and it's been 2 years now working on three. get it together

The pharmacy is a disgrace. Hire someone who can actually talk loud enough and clearly for the drive up window. What a joke

UPDATE: I've changed my rating as since this previous incident I have now called and spoken with Debby and Holly and they are both very friendly, fantastic and helpful.I’d give 0 stars if I could. I tried updating my daughter’s insurance over the phone as the app was not working and she is home sick and needs her prescriptions. From the start of the conversation Shannon was rude and dismissive. I tried to stay friendly and provide the information needed, at one point I mentioned that I wanted to make sure they still had my daughters secondary insurance on file also and Shannon said “I’ll try to remember that but there’s nothing I can do with that” when I asked if there’s a way for them to mark which insurance is primary or secondary in their system (as I also have worked with insurance my entire adult life) she stated YELLING at me saying she cannot do anything with the information. I told her I am not frustrated and am not meaning to argue just trying to give them the information they needed; she interrupted me and began yelling again. When I asked if there was someone else I could talk to she gave me a name and then hung up. I work in customer service and I also work with patients and understand it can be stressful and so I try to always be kind to those in the medical field, I do not know what I did or said that set her off but this was far and above the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere in my entire life. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY, and if Shannon is the one to assist you then good luck.

We had a very pleasant experience at this location yesterday with our vaccinations and purchasing items from the store. The pharmacy was very organized and treated us with professionalism during our entire visit. We both had appointments and I was surprised they were running on time. The cashier at the checkout stand for our store purchase was very friendly and helpful during the transaction. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Went in to get my 1 year old her passport photo taken. Staff turned us away stating the only associate able to take the photo was back unloading a truck and couldn't be bothered to help. The 2 staff people I spoke to were incredibly rude, and evidently this location would rather turn away business than do their assigned jobs.

Talked to a "Jason" about my lost ID card and he was very rude. He gave me attitude and was not understanding. I mentioned a nice lady contacted me on Facebook that they would have my ID and he was not nice at all.

Their pharmacy is a joke. They tell you one price and then suddenly the prices are way higher than what you were initially quoted. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Then their customer strive is telling you that their initial "quote" was wrong, and they have refused to let me talk with a manager. Worst Walgreens I have ever visited!

I would highly recommend not using this as your local pharmacy. They are one of the most disorganized businesses I have ever seen. The wait time is never less than 30 minutes, the customer service from the pharmacy technician is also extremely poor. They are rude and don’t know what’s going on. I wish zero stars was an option because that would be fitting.

I've been visiting this Walgreens for 2.5 years and have never had a bad experience. I use the pharmacy on a monthly basis and have used the drive-up as well as in-store. The staff is hard working, pleasant and efficient. It has to be a thankless job as most people picking up prescriptions aren't in the best of moods, so I applaud and appreciate the staff for dealing with cranky people. You've always been pleasant and quick for me so thank you! Your hard work is appreciated.

Walgreens pharmacy covered me, when CVS dropped the ball! It took Walgreens 15 minutes to fill a prescription I have waited for three days, and stillisn't filled, to get from CVS. I will gladly give them a shot as my new pharmacy. It can't be worse than CVS. Keep up the good work Walgreens

This is the worst pharmacy I have used!!! The staff are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with! Plus it takes forever to get a script filled. I had a script that they could only partially fill. They told me to call in a week to get the remainder of the medication. I called and was told I had to call my doctor and that the script was closed now. They always say one thing and do another!!! Plus there is no excuse to be treated so poorly by the staff. My best advice for anyone reading this review is to go somewhere else! RUN, RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

This pharmacy shouldn't be able to label itself as a Walgreens. Took over a week to fill a simple birth control script, then called me to say I would need to drive 20 miles north to get my script because they couldn't fill it. Extremely frustrating to be treated this way when I need a time sensitive medication.

I've been a customer for years and cannot bring myself to go back in there after how I was treated by the pharmacy staff. I transferred my meds and my families meds to another pharmacy. Try being kind in an otherwise awful world. The anger you displayed is sad and what's worse is that it was not even warranted. I'm guessing you are a miserable person. Hurting people hurt people.

Labcorp in walgreens. The lady was very hostile with us, as her machine wasn't working so we tried to schedule an appointment again because it had no indicator that the appointment was scheduled, then she aggressively called out the name, and stated service was over at 11 but to come back at 1. But we were told different hours the last time. None the less it was a very hostile description of the appointment, and the attitude was not necessary
