I used pick up often for my groceries. Just about every time my meat or bread is a day or two off of the expiration date. It's inexcusable. My most recent order i purchased ground hamburger. It expired two days after I placed my order.

Would have left a 0 if I could . Trying to find someone to help you and all you get is no speaking English . 11 employee later I found someone that understands English and was finally able to the product I needed out of locked glass door.

What bothers me here is the produce is terrible and never no bags for grocery. You have to buy clothes ones. No employees seem to care about this issue. And 1 more problem is they
got there shelve stocking boxes,carts,maybe an employer out at peak dinner hours. Everything else is good.

This Wal-Mart is a nightmare and has been for quite some time now. I really do my best not to shop here, but occasionally have to. The store is dirty, disorganized, and they rarely they have everything I came for in stock. And by rarely I mean one time in the last ten years they had everything I had come for. Items regularly scan incorrectly, so be sure to check every single item as it rings up. I have also noticed that Wal-Mart is generally more expensive than Amazon and Target (I price check most things I buy). I could go on and on. Just save yourself the migraine and don't shop here. I'm convinced that the people that run this store ask themselves "what is the most inefficient way to do this? " and do it that way every time.

I rarely shop at Walmart, today was an exception. When I walked into the store I asked a older women employee were I could find a certain item, she told that the item was in two locations hanging at the end of each aisle and gave directions.
Surprised at how knowledgeable she was, I asked her how she knew where the item was. She said that she has worked at the Castle Rock Walmart to 24 years and sometimes she comes in a hour early, before her shift and walks the store so she can help customers find what they are looking for.
What dedication, I wish Walmart upper management know what woman was doing behind the scenes to gave customers a great shopping experience.

You can't get ahold of no one, it took over an hour to get my curbside... for it to only be 1 of 2 parts of the 2 orders to pick up. Yes, I made sure both we checked in. I had to drive back to get my dinner foods AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER we had initially checked in.

The worse Walmart I have been by far, and hey, it’s in Colorado!.
I decided to go in to get something from the Deli and that was awful, then I decided to just wait for my pickup in the parking slot, and for some reason, some big amount of suspicious people was standing around the parking area.. Hispanic people selling food, knocking on your window to talk to you, this is not an experience I want for anyone else.
I’m not coming back, prefer to drive all the way to Parker to get my stuff.
