Tried to get into Safe Box, used to be self service, now had to wait 30+ mins., to get to box. Teller Mgr., was pretty rude! Ridiculous service

Your website allowed me to book an appointment on a day that the bank isn’t even open. I wasted 40 minutes of my time this morning, packed my children into the car to arrive for my appointment to be greeted by a sign saying that your location was not open. Makes me truly rethink banking with Wells Fargo long term.

We have had Wells Fargo as our bank since 1986 and for the most part we have been satisfied. But today I ran into one of their odd idiosyncratic rules. Be very careful when you ask for foreign currency, even though I am on the account and in fact do 90% of all the transactions, because my husband ordered the finds only he can pick it up. It would be nice of them to state that in the beginning so we don't have to make extra trips to the bank. So mostly okay but don't try to short cut one of their unknown in house rules.

Wells Fargo has really gone down hill. I have been with them for over 20 years. Their customer service is terrible. That alone is going to take away my business. I have a significant amount of money to invest and I am unable to even speak with someone legitimately to do so. I've never been so frustrated. I will take my money and business elsewhere.

Worst bank ever!!!! Branch manager thinks he is really something( makes comments like people arn’t on his intellectual level). Dude wake up all you are is a local branch manager, so many people in world are far more accomplished then a small bank manger. Stuff can’t answer simple banking questions. A bunch of arrogant people a that think they are big shots

I went in to make change with my personal checking account and Lena was exceptionally rude and didn't want to provide me service since I am not a business account. I have done this several times before with no issues, but her negative attitude makes me not want to utilize this bank again.

Much better than the southern location in Castle Rock. Waseem and Crystal do an amazing job given the circumstances.Plan to wait if you are going inside. Business transactions (from the outlet mall) take forever and it seems like they are hamstrung with hiring since they only ever have 2 or 3 people working at a time.Use your mobile app if you need anything that doesn't require a banker or Teller, it's much easier.

Showed up to this branch at 1pm on a Friday and it had a line stretching out of the door. A business owner was trying to do his entire payroll at the only teller available. That teller was also being trained on something so during the 15 minutes I actually waited trying to get a cashier's check, the only time the line changed was when a manager came out and answered a question for the person in front of me. He asked what business I needed help with and when I told him I just needed a check, he pointed to the teller and then walked to his office and ignored the line that kept growing. The only reason I have an account with them is due to my mortgage but I will be moving all of my other accounts.

Due to the pandemic, I suggest people not to enter the lobby because they only have one teller, so you can choose to drive to the window to receive the service, otherwise you will wait a lot of time. I don’t know why they have many bankers but only one teller. Obviously This is not enough, because there will be many people who need to go to the counter in the morning for deposit and withdrawal. I hope they will arrange more tellers as soon as possible!

Wait times are awful. Atm is often unable to take deposits. Come on Wells Fargo where is all the caring about your customers that your ads talk about.
