The customer service has dropped. Terribly unfriendly and unwilling to help. Worst Wells Fargo in the area by far.

Wells Fargo has really gone down hill. I have been with them for over 20 years. Their customer service is terrible. That alone is going to take away my business. I have a significant amount of money to invest and I am unable to even speak with someone legitimately to do so. I've never been so frustrated. I will take my money and business elsewhere.

I went in to make change with my personal checking account and Lena was exceptionally rude and didn't want to provide me service since I am not a business account. I have done this several times before with no issues, but her negative attitude makes me not want to utilize this bank again.

Showed up to this branch at 1pm on a Friday and it had a line stretching out of the door. A business owner was trying to do his entire payroll at the only teller available. That teller was also being trained on something so during the 15 minutes I actually waited trying to get a cashier's check, the only time the line changed was when a manager came out and answered a question for the person in front of me. He asked what business I needed help with and when I told him I just needed a check, he pointed to the teller and then walked to his office and ignored the line that kept growing. The only reason I have an account with them is due to my mortgage but I will be moving all of my other accounts.

Wait times are awful. Atm is often unable to take deposits. Come on Wells Fargo where is all the caring about your customers that your ads talk about.
