Terrible customer service at the Castle Rock branch on Maleta Ln. I went there to finance an end-of-lease vehicle. The employee, Hannah, at US Bank did not complete the paperwork correctly resulting in me getting additional charges. The branch manager, Ashley, refused to return all the funds to me, telling me I needed to "meet in the middle". Why? Isn't it the bank's responsibility to know how to finance loans? Shameful way to treat a long-time customer. I wish I had gone elsewhere for a car loan and elsewhere for my banking.
