These guys/girls are amazing! 10 out of 5 stars... My camper was stuck on a hill in the mountains and I wasn't sure what it would take to access where it was at and how to get it out! I called Westside towing and David was able to assure me that they can handle it for a decent price, and they sent me their absolute best, when you hear Tim is coming to help, your in good hands... He had the truck and tools to make the job look easy. If I ever am in a tight situation again, Westside Towing will get my call! Thank all of you for working and being patient with me.

Locked my keys in my Jeep late one night recently. David was on duty that night. Super friendly. Prompt service! The way customer service USED to be back in the good old days! Can't thank David and Westside towing enough for helping me out in a pinch!!! Highly recommend. Would do business with again in the future without hesitation!

Westside towing was incredible. We called in the early morning hours to have my car towed from the side of the highway after another tow company didn't come through. They were kind and very quick in towing my car to the autobody shop within an hour. Very thankful for this company.

This place, like most towing places, is criminal and extremely unfriendly. My vehicle and storage unit were broken into, and my title spare key and registration stolen in the process. I was out of town at the time too. When I asked the lady at the tow company if I could have a friend come pick up my car, she was very short and rude, saying "please let me finish talking before interrupting me", after she went on for about a minute about how I'd have to come in person myself to pick up the car.If that wasn't rude enough, I told her that I didn't have my registration (due to both copies being stolen, 1 in the car one in the storage) and if a expired one would do. Obviously the car is registered i just don't have the paperwork. Again the lady decided to lecture me saying "you should have had a backup copy of the registration". She was not helpful at all solving the problem. If she had been even 1% polite, she could have told me that king scoopers actually allow you to print your registration cards at machines. Problem solved. On top of all that, I will have to pay $260 to get back my stolen car, the same day it was released from a police hold. I get that's how things are, but at least you could have a nice attitude when you're robbing me blind.

I compared other prices to all these other towing companies, and this one was the best one no overpricing and very professional

No stars. I called this company for an accident tow. The dispatcher who answered said they could help depending on the location. I gave the dispatcher intersecting streets, and they said okay. Then I provided them with my company name (LPRMS - Wheels), which offers roadside service for company vehicles. My company pays with a credit card for on-demand services, with no limit on the services that need to be provided to get the job done. This dispatcher simply said "nope, I can't help you" and hung up the phone on me. There was no excuse, just a blunt "nope." Not the best service, especially for first thing in the morning.

Westside is the only consistently reliable towing company, period. I've had 100 tows in the last few years, and Westside is the only one that consistently answers and does exactly what they say they're gonna do.

Our car was taken here after a car accident. Was told we can go here to pick up our belongings between 8-5, Mon to Fri, Both my son and I spoke on the phone with Westside personnel to confirm that the car is not to be removed from their lot until our belongings were removed by the owners. Our insurance company also made that request and it was confirmed by Westside personnel. Told them it would be about 3-4 days before we could get down to the yard. We showed up the next day at the Westside Towing yard to clean out the car and was told it had been removed from the lot and sent to Coparts in Colorado Springs the day before! They also saw in their own notes which stated that " the car WAS NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE LOT UNTIL THE OWNER REMOVED THEIR BELONGINGS". They then told me that they made a mistake, too bad. They won't request the car to be brought back to Westside, they won't compensate us for the gas money or time needed to now go down to Colorado Springs from Centennial, CO. Westside Towing absolutely ignored specific instructions (supposedly by mistake) and will not remedy their mistake in any way. I do not recommend this business!

Obviously these people know what they are doing cause they could care less about how you feel as a customer. No appreciation or understanding for your situation. "Our priority is our customer satisfaction." The lie detector determined THAT WAS A LIE. Working with local agencies to tow and hold hostage until paying what they decide u need to pay.

Bad experience with this company. Son's car impounded by LEO order for lack of insurance. Car released from impound 18 hours later when insurance purchased. Westside charged $385 for a 9 mile transport and 18 hours of storage. Robbery.
