Matt did an excellent job hooking up our Internet, and making sure it worked properly. We are pleased with the increased upload & download speed. It is so much faster than our previous service with another company . PS...our dog loved Matt also. 😊

Living in a semi-remote area, we used to not be able to stream anything after 6 pm, and at other times would have buffering at all times of day. Since we switched to Xtream, we’ve never had connection issues, aside from a couple of weather-related outages during major storms that were communicated very quickly and resolved quickly. Also, the personal customer service has been fantastic as well. When we need help with anything, we can access someone live immediately and they’re always happy to help. We highly recommend Xtream - they’ve been just awesome.

This company has impressed me. Customer service is GREAT, very personable and not a phone bank in another country. The internet service has been perfect and much faster than any other we have tried (our area is a tough spot). Keep up the good work!

Great service! We live in a neighborhood with limited internet options and Xtreme has been a very good option. Many neighbors have used competitors with poor results while we work from home with kids doing online classes no problem.
